  • anyone that eversaw Johnny knows he's emotional

  • Wish they had shown Paul's excellent solo! But this is awesome! My 2 heroes together.

  • I talked to Dickey Betts after a show in Rochester NY ten years ago.. I asked if he talked to Johnny Winter much. He said, "No.." then thought deep about it for a minute, smiled wide and said, " Johnny )did tell me the band in Rock and Roll Hootchie Koo, was my band The Jokers.. they used to come out to see us play.." (There was a group called The Jokers they were layin' it down, boys never gonna lose that funky sound..) These icons play soul, good to see them together, thanks Tonfoi .

  • Saw Johnny live in the 70s. What can I say except a freakin inhuman guitar player then. I was never the same after. I saw Dickie with Duane also. Fine guitar player, great tone and melodic riffs

  • Seen him live in Toronto a few times. Blew my mind man!!!

  • there is a 3rd guy playing a solo..cameraman !!! Song is all over now...

  • @Dubaiman123 The third guitar player is Paul Nelson

  • @Dubaiman123 yes Paul Nelson is the actual line up since several years as the starter till Johnny comes on stage, he is also awful and of course Dickey Betts is a legend with Allamn Brothers and his Great Southern

  • Dickey and JOhnny together ??!!??! Hide the drugs !!! This is awful btw.

  • It was the guy on the left playing most the hot licks !

  • @nerblebun I agree. Anyone know who it is? I think Jeff Gantz calls out"Joe!" right before he takes the lead.

  • Thyanks for the post. This is a real treat!

  • J0hnny come tutti i nonni adesso e più saggio dobrei mostrare più rispetto, non mi piaciono i tuoi comenti, lui è uno dei più sconoscutti chittaristi senza di la mass media publicità

  • met Johnny last night!

  • Wow, do I envie you, he seems such a gentle and nice guy, wish he would come to Holland..... I think Johnny Winter is one of the greatest guitarplayers ever. Grew up with his music.

  • he didnt say a word to me,LOL. he looked frail but when he got on stage he ripped, i was so surprised to see how well he still sang and played. i think hes in europe at the moment

  • Yes, he plays in Scandinavia and Finland in the first part of june, than back to the US.

Well as I am in Holland, Scandinavia is too far away, pitty....
