I pushed a rig for the better part of 50 years , back when there were few interstate highways and some roads weren't even 4 laned , Hwy 19, 301, 27,66,101 Awwww i seen a lot of scenery, hauled a many a load all across our nation.

Im retired now But for thirty five years I drove over the road Ican remember several times of trying to keep up with a greyhound bus Ran with a few country singers buses and even met a few Sometimes I still long for those days but times and trucking has made so many changes But I still get a charge out of seeing some of the trucks

jypsieanna we have same issues here in australia too rates are a joke owning ya own rig is hard most company drivers get better wage at the end of the day i think it is a common thing in truck ind and its truckies / truckers who carry the burdan a lot as do most familys i wish u and your well god bless stay safe on the roads

My husbands a trucker, he works his ass off for pennies, they dont give us good insurance no more and the company he works for treats him like crap.. and america cant go on unless product is transported across america ... All truckers should agree to park their trucks and not move untill the men and woman truckers are respected... America just doesnt relize what these men and woman give up to devote their lives to transport Americas goods....
