  • how much does it cost?

  • What if this isn't a mucocoele but cancer instead. How can you know for sure if it wasn't sent for biopsy? That's the problem with obliteration procedures such as this. You need to make a diagnosis looking at the tissue under a microscope first to make sure. If this is cancer the dentist is in big trouble and so is the patient.

  • Lol sunglasses? good idea. That light sucks; I'm getting one of these removed soon and i don't wanna look like a pretentious ass- but I'm bringin' me a pair.

  • Nice Shades.

  • The tissue welding is the coolest part on here.

  • They have diagnosed a mucocele in the low lip. The doctor who me is going to extirpate it is a dermatologist. He is not a surgeon maxilofacial. The method of extirpation(removal) will be a vaporization with laser of CO2. Can I trust in the speciality of dermatology and in the method of laser of CO2? Thank you very much.

  • What is a Mucocoele exactly?

  • mucocele is false cyst of minor salivary glands

  • do you need to pay extra to get this surgery? because i've seen this surgery done with plain old scissors and it looks very painfull... this one look alot less painfull and you dont need stitches or anythin...

  • it is soft waterlaser like waterlaseTM .Laser surgery is relatively dry, providing near instantaneous sealing of small vessels and lymphatics. There is also minimal damage to adjacent tissues resulting in less oedema, scarring and post operative pain.

  • No when you do small surgeries like this type with a waterlaser, first you don't need anesthesia, and then this instrument is place in a potency that will allow healing and stop the bleeding. It is a very good instrument to perform small surgery in cooperative patients.

  • That looks sooo painful

  • tell me that the guy was put unconcious before they did that

  • Patient was a dentists and was fully awake when the procedure was done - without any local anaesthetics and experieinced no pain and healed within 2 hours. He had a hot and sour soup to test the healing.

  • it is a drill isnt it??

  • @benong01 whats hot n sour soup?

  • listen to the music. that should explain the quality of the procedure and the person doing it.

  • are you taking a drill to remove the mucocele? holy shit-are you a dentist that cannot afford any knife?

  • I think its a really thin laser, not a drill

  • bad filmation

  • won't tat be painful?
