  • Hey there your doing good. But that 1st exercise you called arms is not working arms. It's working chest. It is a chest press.

    But yes the Triceps (back of arms) is working a little as ancillary muscles. If you want to more arm work move your hands to vertical position Up n down grip) not flat and keep your elbows in close to your body. That will target the back of arms, reducing chest muscle involvement Enjoy keep it up

  • Just some advice for you.

    1. When doing the butt workout pause when curling your legs and let the weight down slowly about a 5 count. This will give your muscles a negative workout.

    2. Thighs. Pause when you extend your legs and let the weight down slowly (5 count).

    Overall a good start.
