I'm not really a TV watcher and don't watch Canadian Idol, but if I understand right, this girl got 3rd on Canadian Idol? How the heck did she not win? What's going on with the two that finished ahead of her?

The guy who came in second is a country singer JD (not my thing)and the winner was Brian Mello who put out a decent album, got two songs on the radio, but haven't heard from him since. I think it's hard to break out in Canada, we don't have much of a "star system", and Canadians are so cynical, they only accept you when you've become popular inthe US.
