They are paying homage to Great Sufi Saint , Shah Abdul Latif . Shah abdul latif was a true Muslim by virtue of him the destiny of this part of Pakistan had been changed miraculously. The majority Hindu population was converted to ISLAM only because f Shah Abdul Latif also known as Bari Imam.
