It was proven by an INDEPENDENT investigation by the INTERNATIONAL red cross that the ropes and/or bullets (don't remember which) used for the bodies of the slain officers were of russian manufacture. Also, the trees planted on top of the mass grave at katyn were proven to have been planted before the germans even arrived at the area. Not to mention that the stage of decay of the bodies point to the same thing.

What I don't understand is that surely Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union signed a pact in August 1939 ie before 1 or 17 September, the so called Ribbentrop-Molotov pact? What was this agreement about if not their future actions in Poland? Yet the 'Treaty of Amity' of 28 September is described as the first agreement between the two sides. Very confusing!

I mean there some corruption, depopulation, low birthrates,instability, civil wars, sex trafficking and child prostitution, organized crime, unemplyment but it's no great deal, right? there were a dozen or so diaries found on the bodies of the victims, for ex. major Adam Solski. His last entry was dated 9 April 1940:
"5 am. The day started in a peculiar way. We left in prison lorries, were brought to a forest, something like a spa. Here we were searched. They took my watch (6:30), asked about my wedding ring. They took the roubles, my belt, penknife."
His family recognized his handwriting. His nephew, Leszek Solski perished in the air crash in Smolensk on 10/04/2010.

There was one Katyn survivor - Stanislaw Swianiewicz (Станислав Свяневич) who was a primary witness and confirmed the NKVD role in the killing. There were also a few others who managed to escape from other places.
There are notebooks found on the bodies of the victims with last entries made in April 1940 (for example: major Adam Solski, Waclaw Kruk, Dobieslaw Jakubowicz, Marian Gasowski, and a few more).

They were killed by German pistols, their hands were bound by German string and their dead bodies were in earth not longer than 1 year. And all documents supplied by the traitors Gorbachev and Yeltsin to the Polish government were fabricated for Polish money.

The thing is that historians working for Yeltsin (another anti-Communist) proved that only 30,000-50,000 people were executed between 1930 and 1953. That would mean that 2/3 to 2/5 would have been Polish officers alone.

I can fully agree on this one, RF archives that were open for a while when Jeltzin was at power got closed to historians again afgter Putin came to power. because poland didn't want to pact with ussr. and that way the ussr got the chance to 1. get their territory poland invaded in the polish-soviet war ('20) 2. save land from being invaded by germany, a few miles more for them to fight through when they attacked ussr.
the "document" exists only in a copy, research that. ask yourself why. because the "original" doesn't exist.

What I don't understand is that surely Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union signed a pact in August 1939 ie before 1 or 17 September, the so called Ribbentrop-Molotov pact? What was this agreement about if not their future actions in Poland? Yet the 'Treaty of Amity' of 28 September is described as the first agreement between the two sides. Very confusing!
