Create your own economy. Autism is an advantage. ADD is great. Obama is a smart guy. The internet is a bulwark for freedom, even though Obama's finger is hovering over the dump button. Sorry, Tyler, you're talking out of your ass.
One word... brilliant. I keep on telling people there is nothing wrong with being a fat, dyslexic butterball with autism who likes to create his own "meaning" with a mixture of hardcore porn and American Idol. I am always sooo happy too, happier than Bill Gates to be exact. Not just economics does teach he ( Yoda speak) , but minds he reads also. Well, time to get back to creating some meaning in our "New World Order."
Oh... where are these free markets speak Tyler of?
I suppose you're kidding with that stuff you wrote related to Autism. But if you are trying t be serious then I'd advise you to study the entire spectrum a little further. I have aspie friends and they are annoying and eccentric at times, but I still consider them far better people than some neurotypicals I've read in the web and even some I know.
I.M,O : you're just acting like a cyber-douchebag as a call for attention. Freudian, I know. But it smells true to me.
"Society in every state is a blessing, but government even in its best state is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer." - Thomas Paine
You aren't allowed to work at Reason unless you have flair. Matt Welch's flair is his snazzy purple shirt. Nick Gillespie, obviously the Johnny Cash all black + leather arrangment, then theres that other guy who's name escapes me who constantly pulls the ol' jeans and blazer ensemble.
I bet you if you showed up for an interview at reason wearing a suit, white shirt and tie you would be laughed out of the building...unless at some point during the interview you light up a bong.
Things are going to get REALLY bad in the US before most people wake up and realize that the government needs to go back to what it should do: the bare essentials stated in the Constitution.
Is it just me, or are the Reason folks a little too cool. I mean. look at Matt Welch. He's is veritable cornucopia of cool. Are they really like the rest of us? I dunno.

I like these interviews but you folks need to do something about getting the volume levels right. This one is way too quiet.

That's funny, Austrian economics explains the current crisis quite well.
