@DarkMinh1 dont be ashamed, but understand that we as Khmer gotta start over from scratch again and work with what we got. i prefer adaptation over the word copy.

i agree when i was there i thought is hit song "beah dong min snaeh" was really good, but than he got too much and he became everything, now i think like most khmer adults and that is the next generation of khmer music lovers are completely deaf
What united Khmer American are you talking about? The Cambodians in the US are not as united as other Asian groups. It seems that every man for himself. To rebuild Cambodia, the Cambodian people must first pick eachother up and then help the people at home in Cambodia. ok
The Hmong, the Vietnamese, the Laotians all say the same thing, and thats just not true. Just because there are a few bad apples that dont care doesn't mean there is no hope. Do you care about Cambodia?

asylumz9 Cambodia is recovering now, so please don't worry no more. There are a lot things that need to be work on, but the government is work hard on it. I just took a trip to Cambodia and let me tell you, My parents said, that things are good, then it was before they left the country. Great development are taking place right now. in case you aint know, sin si samouth's last name is sin, middle name is si, & 1st name is samouth.
in the orient includin' cambodia, the order in a name is last-middle-1st. when a person is referred 2 by just 1 name, it's his/her 1st name that's used; eg "... from samouth", not "... from sin".
in the west, it's the opposite order. this requires a change when they list names in alphabetical order of the last name. they have to use the format last, (comma) 1st middle.

Cambodia was once a glorious and beautiful country!! War has dug us a very deep cold pit where we are trying to get out of. Sinn Sisamouth's voice reminds us of the good times we had out of that hole, WE MUST GET OUT.
