dude you even know how to fire? ive never seen ANYONE shoot how you described. my mosin or sawn off would probly put you on the ground if you shot like that. seems you need good firearm training. she handles the recoil just fine, especially with her figure.
@ mhouse1712. Y do u have to be such an asshole?!? I don't see any way she could lose her balance with a stance like that. Shooting ur way will get people knocked on their asses. But if you want to shoot ur way, fine.

@mhouse1712 Hm, that is a strong position. 80% on forward(offhand) foot and 20% on the rearward(shouldered) foot, while leaning forward into the weapon. This is strong and very aggressive stance which absorbs the recoil to the rear foot as weight exchange, which immediately reverts back to the forward foot. This is how i fire my big bores and shotguns to manage recoil as a smaller build person.

The stock needs to be lower on the shoulder. Feet need to be side by side, but apart by a few inches. Stand on the balls of your feet..
