Hi, I own the same boat and removed the .10 engine this evening. I plan on using a .10 outrunner and 2,200 3 cell lipo. Where did you mount your battery, and what type did you use? What happens if you hold it wide open? Do you think it will work with 330 watts instead of what you used? Take care, Louie

@Starrider727 Don't believe the first reply went. I use two 2200ma 20-30c lipo batteries in parallel. It adds a little extra weight but helps keep the CG low and gives me twice the running time. I have nothing in the motor pod. All electronics are in the hull. It goes fast wide open but stable . A fun toy. Morris
