  • Really bad instruction there I would suggest looking at:

    "Windsurfing Instruction 2 - Uphauling"

    Feet shoulder width apart, keep your back straight and use you weight to lift the sail, don't bend over doubled up!

  • 1. the sail isnt to heavy xD 2. its better to start windsurfing first time when its not so windie
