This video rips my heart out. Speaking for myself, the fact that I know how that day played out and ended and the fact that I've seen the dozens of videos showing the impacts has had an unfortunate numbing effect... this video destroys that. The horrified screams and cries makes me feel much closer to those events, and while that's not something I would ever wish to be a part of, I have to be thankful to these people for making this video; the very last thing I want to feel is indifference.
I can't imagine how scary this must have been to see...not knowing what was going on, or whether you were safe at all in the city. I think the scariest thing is that there are still people out there who would do similar things again, right across the world. I'd like to believe that we never experience events like this again.
i was about to turn 4 2 weeks after this happened. It was something I never how big of a problem it was, until I was 10. Even today, words cant describe what has happened no matter how young or old you actually are. Seeing 3,000 innocent souls simply massacred in hours, let alone, minutes, is just something that shocks us even onto this day. God bless every victim and their families and friends...
EXPLICIT CONTENT IN THIS VIDEO!!! Omg that is the worst thing I have ever witnessed in my life. On that day, I was actually walking into the lobby of the s. tower and heard the explosion. I screamed, "OH MY GOD THERES BEEN ANOTHER CRASH!!!" to everyone in the lobby and then started screaming and crying.
i was 10 when this happened and i was with my grandma at the front of the south tower when the first plane hit, it was the most tramatizing sound i had every heard and the image of the explosion was burned into my head
Whenever i watch these vids i always get put in a down mood knowing that there are people in the world who want to kill innocent Americans so badly that they will end their life to do so. My heart reaches out to those who were lost and may their souls rest in peace.
I was shocked when I saw this broadcast UNCUT (with the Jesus FUCKEN Christ not bleeped out!!!!!) at 5:30pm in the afternoon!!! How did the TV stations here manage that? Was it a mistake, did they forget to bleep out the fuck or what!!!!
this was hard to even watch knowing so many inocent lives were lost and yet 10years later people still think this was a conspiracy when will they stop and let it go R.I.P to the victims of 9/11 and may God give eternal rest in the kingdom of heaven
Seeing this and hearing these screams has reminded me of how I felt that morning. I was a freshman in high school, I had GATE English with Ms. Cantu. I woke up and walked half asleep past the tv, something about an accident at the WTC. On the bus ride to school I heard the radio talking about bodies falling out of the buildings. At school I saw it all, we were glued to the tv's set up in the library. I felt disgusted seeing the people fall, others waving helplessly for help from the windows. RIP
I was living in California at the time, five years old. I have relatives who live in Jersey. One of them said they remember watching it from Newark and how horrific it all was. It just seems like it was so unreal. Even after 10 years I still get chills. My heart goes out to all the fallen, the first responders, employees, the law enforcement officers, the moms, the dads, the kids... Oh man, I love the USA. Rest In Peace.
Wow. I remember My dad on a flight to LaGuardia from Dulles (DC) when I was in 4th grade. He told me he saw both towers on fire and I soon got scared thinking he was going to be the third plane into another building. But he soon called me after he landed. RIP to the lost lives of September 11th
Ill never forget 10 years ago when i was only 9 watching the news footage of the first tower burning late at night here in Australia, then suddenly seeing that 767 fly in from the side of the TV the crash into the tower. Till this day those images are still burned in my memory. Was in NY this july, and we went to visit the WTC sight, and i was so overwhelmed seeing the place in person, to me such and eerie silence at this place.
RIP to all those who died during that terrible day
As an x employee of Citigroup Smith Barney many of our people died. Citigroup only lost 6 all the people got out of WTC 7 and the ones in WTC 2 Citigroup would not allow back in. I want this day remember forever. I thought the world was ending
It is still fresh in my mind, I think I was in the 2nd Grade here in the Philippines and I just saw this 2 buildings smoking in the news when heading to school. I really don't know what it is but after 5 years when I already have the "mind", I just cried that many people suffered that day. . . RIP For the victims of the attack . . .
I remember this happening 10 years ago...I was only 4. I remember watching this on TV. I didn't realize what was happening, all I wanted was for a friend of our family's to come over, although I didn't know her much. She never came. Now, I'm finally old enough to understand. Any time I watch a video, I cry, not just for our friend, but for all the victims. I pray that she is in heaven and is happy there, along with the other 3,000 victims. I hope that on 9/11/11 that everyone here will pray...
I was only 11 when this happened, and even though i'm now 21 it still makes me sick to my stomach to see a horrible attack like this. I remember that my dad was in Houston and he couldent come home for three weeks, my mom was pregnate with my baby brother and I was just dazed.
I was in 5th grade at the time, and only 11 years old. Seeing that on the news that day unleashed some feelings inside me that are hard to describe. I couldn't comprehend how man could be capable of doing something that horrible. 10 years later, I'm 21 now, and it still shocks me watching the planes slam into the towers. God bless those who died, and their families.
after all these years I still remember that day picture perfect from the time our teacher pulled us aside to explain what had happened to going home and watching the news the whole night with my family :( The feeling of shock of this stay still remains :( I didn't know anyone personally but I do know someone who lost his wife :(
I was in the fifth grade when this happened. I remember looking out of this one window after walking to the top floor (where my classroom was located), and seeing the Twin Towers. I loved looking at them. It was so odd looking out that same window afterward, for the rest of that school year, and not seeing them there. So empty.
I Was too small to even remember. i believe i was like 3? 4? my mom said she called my father and then they watched on live television that 2nd plane hit.
God bless these innocent souls. I get shivers whenever i see this. I always feel for the people who had to jump. or were in the plane. or in the building. it still looks like an enormous movie to me.
The souls are now with God, were nobody can hurt them. Rest in Peace.
I don't bear much love for America as a nation, or some of the acts its governments have carried out in the past. But what happened to the thousands of innocent victims on this day is nothing short of tragic, and clips like this still brings a shudder down my spine. The darkest day I have ever witnessed, and even today, my heart goes out to the victims and their families, and to the the city of New York.
It amazing that people around the world still believe that 9/11 was something that only america could mourn, i am an Australian, i watched this on TV at school in hight school and it scarred my life forever, i don't understand how people don't understand how terrible this event was, even to watch on tv from 1000 miles away.
This is one of the few videos of this event that has mostly nice comments , which gives me a bit of hope. I couldn't imagine witnessing this and knowing its actually happening infront of you, I wish as a human race we could sort out our differences, who knows what we could achieve without all this fighting.. R.I.P to all victims.
I had just turned 6 when this happened, and I remember my mom explaining to me what had happened. She told me that airplanes flew into buildings and that many people died. I asked her who did it and she said they were very bad men. I asked her if they died, she said yes and I thought it was good they died for doing that. I asked why someone would do that, and she said "I don't know either." It was that day when I realized the world isn't perfect.
I was in the sixth grade, my math teacher turned on the television, and about five minutes later we saw the second plane hit. My teacher just screamed "Oh, my God!" as a classroom of 11 and 12 year old children watched in horror, seeing on live television people jumping out of windows, planes crashing, buildings collapsing, and thousands of dying in seconds.
I am 21 now, and it still makes me sick to my stomach.
this makes me so upset every time i see this. i remember the day. i was 14. it was night here on the gold coast in australia, my dad was watching tv late and i woke to him crying and banging on the wall. i went to school the next day and people were saying there was going to be a war, i was so scared. i look back now and it is as painful to watch as it ever was.
I think its important and healthy to see videos like this that show the true human reaction, as opposed to newscasters who have to keep a politically correct face.
I was in 5th grade at the time. My school was located on Manhattan Ave and Metropolitan Ave in Brooklyn, NY...right across the river from the Twin Towers, we had a clear view of the twin towers. Unfortunately my classmates and I eye-witnessed this horrific event. May peace be with all those who lost their lives on 911 and all the heroes who died as a sickness caused by the pollution
This is heart-wrenching. It's so disgraceful there's all these amateur sleuths out there saying crazy stuff like "no planes hit, it was all television fakery." But they can never explain privately filmed footage like this. I suppose the guy who filmed this and the woman hysterically crying in the back were government-paid actors, huh?
I was in the 2nd grade when this happend. We were at a local pizza place on a class field trip. and i remember seeing the images of a building on fire on the TV. it didn't seem like a big deal, just another building fire. I got home that evening and my sister was crying in front of our TV. I turned on my own and not a single channel didn't have the same horrifying image. My parents tried to sensor us and didn't let us watch TV too much. I think i grew up a bit that day. God Bless the USA
Hi, I'm 14 years old and even though I was quite young at the time, I still remember my mum turning on the tv and crying. I remember asking her, "what's wrong?" and she hugged me. We lived in Australia at the time and my parents owned an ice-cream shop in the city. Dad had come home early and closed the shop for the remainder of the day. To this day, he still remembers the streets being empty, like a ghost town.
i was five years old getting ready to go to Kindergarten when i saw my mother crying on our family room sofa. I asked her what was wrong and then she pointed at the T.V. it was a CNN broadcast live from New York. i was too young to understand what happened that day.... i still can barely understand how something this horrible could have happened....
I remember being in 8th grade an half of my classes being empty and the teachers not telling us why, everyone was worried, and afraid.. Finally they made an announcement that there was a national disaster (not telling us what happened though) we were on lock down and not allowed to leave the rooms until further notice, parents picked us up fastly and finally my mom picked me up. My dad is in the Air Force and was near the pentagon that morning, my mom and I were worried but luckily he is ok...
I was... 6(first grade) when this happened. Like most people my age I had no idea of what was going on. All I knew was that my mother came around 10am and picked my brother and I up from school. She was on the phone with someone telling them how she saw the second plane hit the second tower ( she worked in Crystler Building at the time) and they rushed everyone out of her building. God Bless America and RIP to those who perished.
I remember I was in Fifth Grade when this happened. Every morning when I got up for school me and my sister would have the TV on just for some background noise. My sister woke up extra early for whatever reason (I live in western Canada, so it's about 4 hours earlier than NY time) and I remember telling her it was just a movie. I was in such disbelief it was real. My mom was crying all day.
I was only ten when this happened. It's hard to believe it's been almost nine years already. I was at school and the teachers immediately sent us home. Kids were getting scared some were panicking and crying for their parents. When I got home, my brother and mother were in the den and I saw the South Tower coming down live on TV. I could not understand how serious this all was. I'm nineteen now and I cry every year on 9/11. RIP 9/11 VICTIMS!!! :'(
I was only six when this happened. I rememember my mam crying because she thought my aunti and uncle were in one of the buildings. I didnt understand what was going on and cried. we couldnt get through as loads of relatives here in Ireland were trying to call them, but eventually we got through.
Question. As far as the plan for doing this. Wouldn't it have made more sense for them to hit the towers lower? Hitting the top would cause many floors to be saved from the harm of getting hit. Horrible as this was, I'm glad that they didn't strike it lower than they did., This probably helped tons and tons of people get out that were below where it hit.
I had just started my Freshman year of college when this happened, but I luckily hadn't left yet when the first tower was hit, so I stayed home. When they attacked the Pentagon, I thought it was the end of the world.
I remember when this happened. I was 12. Sitting in my history class first period in sixth grade. The principle came on and told us that even though our country was going through a difficult time tha tall the TV's needed to be turned off. I had no idea what they meant till it was explained by one teacher. When I got home and saw all the footage I couldnt belive it was real.
This is sad, but America hasn't learned a thing from these attacks. The so-called war on terror will only convince other people to do the same thing again, and the cycle of violence and death will never end. I believe humanity will never cease to self-destruct. Sad but true.
I was in music class, I was 7...I had the maracas and the phone rang in the classroom, i was told i was dismissed. Confused, I walked downstairs to see a massive group of parents trying to get their child...I walked home with my mom asking what had happened, she had told me to just walk. When i walked into my house, I saw the flames ablaze on the Television. I asked my mom what had happened, and she had told me that The United States was under attack.
@RyanDuboisTV i was late on my way to school i was about 11 in 6th grade thinking crap my english teacher is gunna go off on me then i saw the first plane crash and fire and people looking up i hightailed it home to my building wich was only four blocks away.when i got home i saw my mom and she was like thank god i was coming to pick you up..she hugged me and my dad came home to and they said go in my room i turned on my tv to see the bad news looked out my window and saw it all to the end =(
It just sucks how this horrible event had to happen. Hearing that lady scream in the background sounded like she really was close to someone who was in the South Tower, or someone who was on the plane. All that died that day shall never be forgotten. R.e.s.t.•.I.n.•.P.i.e.c.e
PS @graphicallyartistic its really sad to lose anyone you know in something like this
I so remember this, I was home from school, and my uncle called me on the plane and said to me "stay true to yourself buddy, I love you" I was saying to him "whats going on" he then said "bad guys are here with me, I will miss you" then I heard a huge boom and saw the tv and was on my knees crying
I was 7 when this happened.I'm from Russia, but I remember all TV news in that day.I was shocked, even though I was just a child. Now I'm 16 and every time, when I see movies, videos or photos from this day I begin to cry...
I was 16 at the time. I had gotten in school suspension for smoking. I had to get one of my teachers to write me a note so I could see what ws going on. That whole day was like a slow motion movie. People were crying and hugging each other and praying. Some of us left school while others stayed. It did not really hit me that it was for real until later that day. I cried so hard. For the next week we did nothing but stay glued to the TV to see what would happen next,
You can hear the doubt, the disbelief just before the plane crashes.... just silence... then they start to scream and cry when they realize it is actually happening...... seeing all the videos from this day makes me cry like a baby.... complete darkness..
i was in kindergarden wen that happened. i remeber my grama came to pick me up. myfather was an nypd cop. he was supposed to be stationed there that day. lickly he was of bt he had already been called in to go to help by the time i got home....he had an angel or 2 looking out for him....i still remember watching tv tht day with my mom n grama thinking it was a movie
I was 14, I may not be an American, but the whole day still affected my like nothing i had ever experienced, i think it affected the whole world, though some might not admit it. I was walking to my bus stop for school. A car was parked accross the footpath, the door ajar. The radio was playing, thats when i heard about the first plane. When i got to school i walked into our library, at least 50 people were huddling around a small tv set, about half an hour later the second plane hit.
I was only 8 when this happened...I had no idea of the seriousness of the situation. I'm 15 now and I cry at these videos. God blass all the people who lost family or friends during this.
I ditched school that day I was in third grade I stayed with my Uncle and cousin we were going to go to the beach but he had to finish some errands first and we saw it from three blocks away the phone rang and we didn't answer...we later found out it was him saying goodbye he worked in the second tower
@TheMarinalang omg im sorry :( bless you and your family and all our heros who died to protect us from this evality and those who died on that sick petrifying day
believe it was real either, but unfortunelty it was. Im Canadian and I even feel for all the Americans that went through this terrible time, especially the innocent people. I can't imagine how scared the people were who were actually there to witness this, and the people who were on those planes. This changes the way I see the US. This is something so unforgettable till this day.
i was in the 1st primary class (don't know... between 6 or 7 years) my aunt was in that tower (she worked there) she was in the 45th etage of the trade-center... she survived. 20 minutes after she getted out, the tower collapsed... she had som real protect-angels... sorry 4 my wors english.. i'm from germany
I was 18 and in Australia, I still remember my dad walking in and telling me that they'd bombed America. I laughed because the idea of it was so stupid. He made me come out and watch TV, We watched the second plane hit (with me sobbing in my mums arms) and then the towers collapsing. The three of us were sobbing by that point. I went to uni the next day, and there was barely any sound on the train, just rustling of papers and a radio.
I remember the day when I was in class, And the school made everyone go home. I carried a picture of my cousin with the twin towers behind him and when I got home the towers were there burning on TV. My cousin was a officer up there in NY and was in the second tower as it collapsed in front of me. I only saw the twin towers when I was 5. But Freedom Tower is rising to shine our way through the darkness. Never Forget 9/11
I was in Kindergarten at the time. I remember coming home later that day and seeing my parents cry. They hugged me, and wouldn't let me go. Let the souls ended by the acts of terrorism rest in peace.
i'm not a american, but i feel sad and disturbed to think what happened, and what i would feel like to see one of my family members die on that day. I not a american but "God Bless America and It's Cizitens".
I was looking all over for this video. This was the one i remember most. I was in 3rd grade at a private school next to andrews air force base outside of DC. My teacher had the radio on and was quietly listening to it. Kids were leaving school left and right. My grandad picked me up just before lunch and i was a little upset missing lunch being that i was 8. There were jets flying all around. When i got to his house, this is what was playing. I still get the chills watching this. R.I.P.
I have got to say, that I feel very very sorry for those innocent people, they should not have died.
Also I would like you to know, that in Islam killing an innocent soul, is like killing a full nation of innocents, and it's price is burn in hell.
I would also like to say that, this is only attack, and only one day, then how would you feel about it, if every single day you are attacked (Iraq and palestine) Now you feel how we feel, and ur lucky.
I couldnt believe it when it happened. I was just sitting there. My friends who would usually be active and talking and loud, just stopped. Everything stopped.
my grandpa was in the building at the time he jumped out of the top building but it just didn't sound like him then when i look back at the video i can see him fall to his death and he was wearing a black suit and now when you say his name i cry
i was only in kinder garden i had no idea what was happening.... now i understeand how that happened. i remember this video tape very vividly it was the 1st tome i actually had a life changing expirience
I was semi-clueless on this day as I was in 2nd grade. I am from Chicago, so people were really freaked out here as United is headquarted here in Chicago and American's 2nd largest hub is here in Chicago as well. The WTC Towers are also very similar in design to the Aon Center, and some were confused that it might have been hit as well.
I was on holiday in Egypt with my husband and son, then aged 19 the day this happened. One of our party had a daughter who was working in NY and she was at some meeting in the south tower. She was safe but none of us ate dinner that night, we all felt sick. We were a group from Scotland. We must work together to get rid of those who would destroy civilisation.
This is some of the most horrifying footage of the second hit I've seen...the black smoke among the pitch-blue sky turns the stomach....rest in peace to the poor victims
i remeber that day as well cause my mom was on that plane and she said noelle im leaving the earth today and i was like wat r u talking about and then there were people in the backround screaming and the all u hear was a big boom the plane hit the tour and she was gone
I remember this day so well. I had just started the fifth grade. I woke up and saw this on the TV. I thought it was just some plane that had crashed into a building in Manhattan. I didn't know which one. It started out like such a normal day for me, and it wasn't until I got to school that I sensed that this was MUCH bigger than I thought. I'll never forget how my classmates and I were just sitting and silently starting at the TV, watching everything happen.
It was four days before my 20th anniversary - I could not believe, what I was seeing. People were much friendlier to each other after that day! Why does that kindness need such a mad catastrophe?
i was on my way to the wtc that day but i missed my train and by the time i was on the next train half way there i got a phone call from my wife, she told me what had just happened.
i was only four when this happened, but i still remember it happening, i live in Maine, so we didnt have anything happen here except memorials and people lighting candles in their yards. we were driving to my grandmothers house after the dentist and people were getting out of their cars to cry, i didnt know what was going on but now at 12, i know very much of what happened. at my grandmothers we saw the second plane hit and the tower fall. it was a sad day. R.I.P AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!
I was in kindergarten at the time. The first I heard of it was a kid saying "did you hear about the twin towers?" I replied saying "yeah." We got released early of course. Right as I got home, my parents were in shock staring at the TV. the next day, my teachers personalitys seemed like glass. They could break at any time.
my grandma died on that flight, i remember that day so well, i was getting ready for school, i was 6 at the time, and the phone rang and i picked it up, it was my grandma and i said "hi gwandma, who's sweaming?". there were people screaming in the backround and she told me "honey quickly put mommy and daddy on the phone, i love you sweetie", tht was the last i heard of her, later tht day my parents told me what happened, and i've changed ever since. (:(
Please don't take this wrong, it's a serious question. If you are being serious (my sympathy first off) I have to ask you what you think of people that say there were no planes on 9/11? Seriously, I argue them all the time just had to see what someone who had a relative on those flights say to that dumb theory.
@GraphicallyArtistic omg im so sorry :( My cousins were about to take a class trip to the observation deck of the towers 9/11/2001 at about 8:30 am, but the teacher slept in. scary stuff
@GraphicallyArtistic your grandma's love won't change even if she's not here. Love doesn't die. I will keep you, your grandma's soul and your family in my prayer. 9 11 is very personal to me. i know WTC so well that I went there every week for work. My lawyer was missing/dead who worked on the top of the WTC...
It's hard to believe, but really God is good. It took me a long time to realize that. DOn't let go of life, love hope and forgiveness and healing....
Thank you for posting this. While it may have been difficult for you to release this tape to the public, I believe that witnesses have an obligation to share with the world the first-hand horror and emotion of this fateful day. As a third-grader when it happened and a full-time journalism student now, I thank you for sharing your story, captured on this 30 seconds of film, with me. Never forget // 9/11/01.
@GraphicallyArtistic thats tough man just try and forget it and focus on the future when that new wtc is done im sure your grandma will be picked up by the angels. T-T
@GraphicallyArtistic This is probably the most cruel thing any human being can do. I was 16 when I came back from high school and saw this attack on The BBC World Service and that was before I knew about what was accually happening. I found out they were planes but it took me quite a while to realise they were commercial airliners full of passengers.
I couldn't believe it. I nearly threw up by the thought of it.
The worst thing since the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie Scotland
I saw this live at really early in the morning in 2nd grade. My brother who was in 6th grade got me out of bed an we watched Nickelodeon. All of a sudden the TV blacked out and went to I believe CNN. My brother immediatly ran upstairs and woke my parents up since he knew exactly what was happening. I was so confused, so I watched the second tower get hit and the 1st tower collapse without even realizing what I was watching. Then I went to school and all the woman teachers were crying.
My God. I remember my dad and I watching this as it happened live. It was the first time i Ever saw my father cry. May God Bless the souls of the families and those who died on this day. Fall colors that year weren't orange, yellow and brown. They were Red, White, and Blue.
I think this is the same clip that was played on CBS later that day. It's no less harrowing 8 years and a day later. This and the clips that were used in The History Channel's "102 Minutes that Changed America" put what happened back in your face and show us where our heads should be at on this. We should have kept our focus in Afghanistan. Now we have 2, maybe 3 conflicts where there should have been 1. They may all fall apart or go on indefinitely.
I had two family members go that day only because they were trapped above where the plane hit. God bless all the people who lost family and help the parted pass on into heaven and be with God.
i just recently got discharged from the army, i served with the 82nd airborne and the green berets. everytime we went out on patrol or a mission i would think of the 3000 people that were killed and that i was fighting for a good cause. i was only a freshmen in highschool. i was in auto body shop in 3rd period
first: I´m not an american man, i´m from germany. so sorry for my bad english.
i have heard from this as i was in a shop. the radioman say´s that a plane crashed into the WTC... i´m very very sorry for all the people who died and lost some lovely man or woman... REALY!
i hope that the people which have done that will be find and one thing i know.:
the people who have done that will one day before God and must seek to ensure responsible
that was the worst day of my life...i was in 5th grade...i was home alone...i didnt go to school...i turned on the tv...my whole family was down there...my brother was right my the towers...couldnt reach my dad...didnt know where my mom was...i was alone in jamaica, queens to cry and pray.
i was in school when it happened and i remmeber when i was getting on the bus i heard a kids mom say to him "yourfather is in heaven" everytime i watch a video of this i get goosebumps and im over in iraq right now for all the people who were affected by this attack
I was home that day and watched this whole thing unfold on TV. I can't begin to imagine what it must have been like to see it firsthand. My thoughts with those who witnessed this and those who died....
I was home that day and watched it all unfold on TV. I can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like to look out your windows and see this in person. My respect to those who lived through this and all who did not....
I remember this vividly. I was home ill from school, I was 9 or 10 and my aunt who works for the BBC rang up and told us to watch what was going on. Just as I turned the TV on I saw the second plane hit. It shows the worst mankind has to offer.
I was in 4th grade ._. dont remember much..but seeing the towers engulfed in flames on tv...school not letting us go outside for fear of possible attacks in our metro area....minneapolis..
i was in middle school, living in france when it happens. I remember people talking about it all around: streets, tv, radio, school yard. We made a memorial and 3 minutes of silence.
oh my god, i remember, i was in SECOND grade when this happened! i was gonna go turn off the TV in the morning to leave to school. and i saw the second tower get hit. and i thought it was a MOVIE. so i ignored it. but our teacher told us about it. and i was like OMG NOOO. RIP FOR ALL THE LOST SOULS.
i agree with all those who say this is a sad and horrible sight and i send my condolences to all the families who suffered because of this. but we have to remember that horrors are perpetrated on children, women and men in many countries, today, some of it is even a consequence of wtc tragedy. Horror doesn't stop at the end of the tape. I see much hatred developing around this. it's all gotta stop, it's a nightmare.
You're right, because life is life. And it's horrible to watch innocent people suffer from violence when all they are trying to do is live their lives. A Middle Eastern mother getting blown up by a car bomb, a stray bullet or an American mother in an air plane or in an office building. They are both tragic. Innocent people don't deserve this no matter what country they live in or what religion they are. When nations and religions are at war, it's the innocent who suffer.
I had a cousin who died in the WTC Attacks. I was watching a tv show on the History Channel and it said the US government was benide it. And i beleve it. So now i dont like the US gov bc he was my favorite cousin. He was like my dad and bestfriend.
yep, but the knowledge that terrorist nowadays are already able to do that anyware in the world (especially america where everything is supposed to be safe) at any time is even scarier:O
My aunt worked here. That day she ran late and was on the highway or something when the planes hit. She saw it happen. God bless all the innocent lives that were taken away.
I know the feeling knowing your family can be taken away really close. Although not 9/11, my aunt, grandmother and uncle were upstairs at the time of the 2004 Asian Tsunami and the water didn't reach them...
and my mothers cousin was supposed to be on one of the trains (kings cross I think) in the 2005 london 7/7 bombings..
I don't care what this was all about. This is a tragic disgusting act of terrorism and white collar crime. No one deserved to die this day and no one deserved to gain from it. These people will not be forgotten, ever. Their lives will hopefully uncover what really goes on in our world and hopefully change it, for the better.
RIP everyone, your lives will make good of this world one day. God bless you all.
I was ten when this happened and I was sent home from school to find my mom and big brother crying in the den after both towers fell. I was in deep shock that those wicked men would go so far to try to wipe out our great nation! I'm sorry but their actions that day are unforgivable! We lost friends, families, moms, dads, neighbors, and even children! Please everyone don't be mad at those people for cursing like that after seeing the impact right before them. I would have done the same. :'(
i was at a friends house when this happpend me and him were watching TV and then his mom came in and changed it to this... it was terrible... i figured it was just some movie... me and him went into the other room and continued to play i was like in first grade when this happened... rest in peace everyone...
my ouncle lived in america, he was working there, near where the plane flew into it.... I just have to cry when i remember that, when we were cald that my uncle was killd.... R.I.P for al the people that died there
A family friend of mine died on the impact of that plane crash and i was going to visit him that morning but i was just 5 minutes from being in the room with him and dying. I thank god everyday that I'm alive! God Bless His Soul!
@kevinsrule Even though the plane hit the tower lower, it still hit at an angle which made more people manage to get out above the impact zone.

I was in the fifth grade when this happened. I remember looking out of this one window after walking to the top floor (where my classroom was located), and seeing the Twin Towers.

This is heart-wrenching. It's so disgraceful there's all these amateur sleuths out there saying crazy stuff like "no planes hit, it was all television fakery." Hi, I'm 14 years old and even though I was quite young at the time, I still remember my mum turning on the tv and crying. I remember asking her, "what's wrong?" and she hugged me. To this day, he still remembers the streets being empty, like a ghost town.

I am from Chicago, so people were really freaked out here as United is headquarted here in Chicago and American's 2nd largest hub is here in Chicago as well. To all victims, and family members and friends of the victims, God bless you.

Why does that kindness need such a mad catastrophe?

i was only four when this happened, but i still remember it happening, i live in Maine, so we didnt have anything happen here except memorials and people lighting candles in their yards. we were driving to my grandmothers house after the dentist and people were getting out of their cars to cry, i didnt know what was going on but now at 12, i know very much of what happened. at my grandmothers we saw the second plane hit and the tower fall. it was a sad day. R.I.P AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!

My aunt was suppose to be on the flight that hit one of the towers, but was caught in traffic and missed it.
Strange how things work out like that.

Please don't take this wrong, it's a serious question. If you are being serious (my sympathy first off) I have to ask you what you think of people that say there were no planes on 9/11? Seriously, I argue them all the time just had to see what someone who had a relative on those flights say to that dumb theory.

God Bless America!

They may all fall apart or go on indefinitely.

i agree with all those who say this is a sad and horrible sight and i send my condolences to all the families who suffered because of this. but we have to remember that horrors are perpetrated on children, women and men in many countries, today, some of it is even a consequence of wtc tragedy.

I know the feeling knowing your family can be taken away really close. Although not 9/11, my aunt, grandmother and uncle were upstairs at the time of the 2004 Asian Tsunami and the water didn't reach them...
and my mothers cousin was supposed to be on one of the trains (kings cross I think) in the 2005 london 7/7 bombings..
it's a small world isn't it...
