well i dont have the exact plans but...

i used a 2 by 4' sheet of plywood, for the sides of the top part, cut them both exactly the same as eachother, and then i used some "wood fibre" board... and layed it on top, (flexy) then i stapled the board to eachother! then for the bottom one it's just wood peiced together... lol....
