  • I sprained my back trying to do a frontflip on a trampoline and I landed right on my neck. It happened twice in one year, and both times I heard like a squishing sound. I felt pain for like 5 weeks and then it was gone. It hasnt happened again but it deffinitly scared me.

  • i don't like getting in cold water

  • that was really smart to get the surfboard and the neck collar. that's really good thing and it's helpful for the paramedics

  • how deep was it

    what did he hit

  • One of my best friends was paralyzed from the neck down.

She's been in a wheelchair since she was 12. She was crossing the street when a drunk driver roared through the crosswalk, throwing her 30 feet.

She's been trying to walk without success since it happened.

  • thats sad. My bf is also paralyzed neck down, he broke it on a trampolin trying to do a flip when he was 14, He judged his jump wrong and landed on his neck. ans also still can't walk. he did gain movement hin hes right arm, and he uses a arm brace for the other

  • Man I feel for him. I almost became paralyzed and I am not kidding

  • that dock was really high, most people wouldn't dive off of that

  • I like cliff jumping. Anything from 10 to 80 feet. Jumping from heights is no problem. How ever I do grab scuba gear to check out the landing area. If it's not at least 15 feet deep I won't jump anything above 20 feet. That dock is about 4 feet off the water, most diving boards are 2 o 3 feet off the water and most high dives are 10 to 12 feet off the water.

  • whoa, remind me not to jump on a shallow part of water head first.

  • Look before you leep!

  • I've dived into my four foot pool before, but off the second step of the ladder. Whenever I dive (even in the deep lake) I dive at an angle, not headfirst.

  • Still: you should check the depth BEFORE you jump!

  • I agree. I have tried swimming laps in a pool, deep to shallow and back, but when I got to the shallow end, and tried to do the swimmers thing where they do the front flip and then swim back, I hit my head on the bottom of the pool pretty hard. I can't imagine something like what he went though.

  • Trust me you dont want to go what he went through is is so scary and not fun at all

  • Who dives without putting their arms infront of their head? Both of my arms go in first, incase i do hit the bottom of something

  • Same thing here.

  • He actually did put both arms out in front of his head. I doubt he kept them there when he went into the water though.

  • its soooooo dangerous to move a person who is hurt like that

  • I am glad that he is ok

    he's cute lol!

  • my bad its on here that one i saw

  • That was scary

  • Why did he say dial 911 as opposed to call 911 lol

  • I have this segment on tape from the original hour long format.

  • rescue 911 is up to 433 votes to come out on dvd ,at tvshowsondvd, com go there and vote

  • plz lord help put this on Tv again.

  • i saw it on zone reality a few days ago it was about a woman being raped and wounded i think

  • Oh. Now by the way that lady was an idiot!!!!! It's because of the following quotes that made her sound dumb: A."I just thought he would see how long he could hold his breath" was a bad quote B. "I thought perhaps he just had a cramp because the water was so cold",and C. "My thing was to just get him out of the water, get him out of the water". YEESH LADY!!!! THINK BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING TOTALLY STUPID!!!

  • How did the boys in the video know what to do? First Aid Course? TELL ME HOW THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

  • Uhhh yeah... first aid course from boy scouts... health class.....

  • lol 18yr old is nto a teenager

  • Eight-TEEN is not a teenager? Really?

  • they are concidered legal adults by the age of 18 in canada. i dont know where you are though

  • That's not the point. They're still eightTEEN.

  • That's the legal adult age in the US. Still young, but according to the law an adult. That's the government for ya.

  • OMG "I just thought he had a cramp" and I am only a minute into the video. She must win the world record for dumb statements in a short period of time. Cant wait to hear what comes out of her mouth next.

  • This woman must be the dumbest person alive. First the dumb comment about waiting for the water to warm up (I thought I would let that one slide) then the comment about the guy mushrooming in the water "I just thought he would see how long he could hold his breath", "I thought what's he doing that for." Far out!!! Dont want her around when I have an accident.

  • thanks for putting this one on! It's always stuck with me whenever I go to the lake or beach!

  • i got goose bumps

  • be nice if they aired on tv

  • bring this great show back to television.

  • wow i'm glad it turned out to be a happy ending.. thanks for uploading all of these! it's muchly appreciated :)
