  • @maurolue cant they both do that? lol

  • @CountryBoyDak ya i know but i to race the 900 and 4x4 the 800

  • @maurolue ah really i would have thought it would be vice versa.....hmmm makes me think twice cause im thinkin of gettn one next year

  • :))

  • my dad has the 900 its so sweet

  • i drove one of these when i went to egypt.... they r sooooooo fun!!!

  • I love doing drifts, so i was hoping that the RZR S was just as good (If not better) than the standard RZR (Mud riding wise). Thanks for responding yesterday.

  • I already have an atv, and i love the rzr s's. I was just making sure that the rzr wasnt better in mud since the RZR S is a sport model.

  • If anyone reads this message could you tell me if there is a difference between the RZR S and the standard RZR(mud riding wise)?

  • @PolarisRZRS30 that depends on the mud the S is better in ALMOST every situation because its wider and has more clearance so it take to the mud a little better but with the RZR base model you can change out the tires and go where the atvs all go where the trails are narrower but the RZR's in general arent all that great in the mud because of shire weight if you want something for mud the Sportsman 850xp is alot better of a choice and if you have the money get tracks they'll go threw anything

  • @PolarisRZRS30 You'll be pulling your friends out of the mud alot though, and you can get tracks for both the RZR and the Sportsman threw Polaris i have a set of tracks for my sportsman 550xp which i use for mud and snow only pavement will chew your tracks to nothing very fast but they make plowing snow alot easier

  • Its definitely nice, but they cost a leg to buy and im dirt poor.

  • I love my regular rzr! I took it to some local trails, even though they aren't 40inch only trails, the narrowness helped a bunch! ATVs, Railbuggies, and Jeeps all share this trail, so often times there were multiple lines. There were two different times where an S or XP wouldn't have fit through the trees, and the only other options were mudholes, and my rzr hasn't been snorkeled yet.

  • I have one in Costa Rica. It's my car.

I put a rag top with vinyl rear and side windows and plexi-glass windshield.

I also put fog lights, winch, and turn signals.

  • how much is that?!

  • @cheesyrice7 the S model comes in at 13k an the xp 900 is another 2k

  • The wideness defeats the purpose of why Polaris made the RZR. For riding trails in a sidexside a four-wheeler can access.

  • @Climber022 if you live in an area where they have trail width limits than thats why you can buy the regular rzr and not the s model

  • COMMANDER...

    RZR killer!

  • @leaf16nut Not anymore. Look up rzr xp. and the regular s still out handles the commander

  • @TheUsernine Commander 1000 X: -976cc -1,295lbs -$14,699 base Polaris rzr xp -875cc -1,190lbs -$18,999 base I say not... The price point is enough for me to make a decision [This coming from a former RZR owner] The only thing RZR has on the Commander is the width issue... More so in the states, but here [In northern Ontario] our trails dont have gates, or width restriction. And my trails along with my buddies trails are wide enough.
  • @leaf16nut The reason your commander is cheaper there is because its made there in the us the rzr xp is cheaper by about 1000 bucks i drove the commander x and being an owner of an xp i wouldn't trade it in for the can-am it rides better its smoother i dont have a delay in the throttle and its better on fuel the only place the commander is better is in a straight line on a flat trail but with 32 hp more thats to be expected

  • @streetpunk83

I find they handle very similarily, I drive my trails pinned winding through curves and going over bumps/jumps. If there was a drastic difference between the two it wouldn't have taken any thought, but the several thousand dollar difference is what did it for me. I upgraded the shit out of it and it still cost me base price of an RZR.

Either way their good machines, commander just took the cake for what i need and do.

  • @leaf16nut i almost went with a commander x but after driving one an driving the 900 XP it was easy for me that and like in your case the cost was cheaper for the XP even more so when you factor in the family discount i get on Polaris stuff (whole family works there so i get a 30-40% discount) so i got the machine at the build price which makes its about 6k cheaper then the X but i still like the commander the XP is just nicer i own a 2011 MXZ XRS 800 sled which i love more than any Polaris sled

  • Pause at 5:30 Why dos it say Unrendered?

  • get video. do you guys go to the princetion outlaw sled drags??? cover the atv pulls this is the last year their doing it, thanks fot the videos
