That is what she claims but I don't think she is the type of trainer that would let up on you no matter what, unless you were wasting her time. The stragety to get her to let up is to kill her in the workout so that she is too tired to be in your face as often. This would be the wrong play to make if I was relying on Jillian to help me through the weigh in. I would need for her to kill me.
