the handle bar mustage and mullett you can get in bowerstone market, the corset as well in bowerstone, and the bandit hat in bloodstone, the posh trousers though, they should be in bowerstone, but you may have to sleep for a 7 days before they are in stock.. why i have no idea, i tried substituteing noble trousers and it didnt work..

it actually easy to find its right down westcliff road in brightwood if you teleport there like if you go to your regions and then you go to brightwood then to westcliff road just go straight when you get there and look to your left and hes there
