How many time did they play this song in Tarja's era?

Because, firstable I didn't know this song was perfomanced in Once Tour and in the other hand, after watching this video I only could find they played it in this gig in Minneapolis and in the Open Air Metal Festival in 2004, too.

For not being too extended, I should say as the majority of Nightwish songs, the live version is much better that the studio version.
