If this is obeying the terms of your permit to assemble, I would hate to see what a riot looks like. This marching down a street and disobeying police orders has nothing to do with free speech. This guy needs to get real. People DON'T NEED MORE EFFING Government programs. We need JOBS and that does NOT come from inefficient government bureaucracy. They know how to waste money. Even a GOOD program will go bad if you let government handle it!
