this car is amazing and i am getting one in june but my brother has a 335 which is that same engine and if you like to drive the way this car should be driven than gas isnt cheap you must fill up quite often

@marcelloclo Its a cool car but does that car have the ability to pull and haul all the things we need? I ride ATVs and i dont see that car hauling one anytime soon. Some of us have reasons why we have these huge trucks and SUVS, not all of us, but some of is do.

and in us this car is dirt cheap.. with the current exchange rate it cost half as in europe, fucking joke to be honest... i paid more for my 120d in holland... need a joint right now.. unreal!!! can you americans please next time unilaterally bomb the tax office in holland, but with a satelite gps guided missile or something, because otherwise its too big of a hole and we sink :) lol but still no fair, wonder how much to ship it back... hmmmm

you are giving the wrong advice here. get a 135i brand new if you can, its faster than a porsche cayman S or anything like thatt, you'll make all audi tt/tts drivers, caymans, imprezas, evos and any other sub supercar member of the traffic look like snails.. did the last 35.000kms in my 1series and frankly i have wet dreams of having a 3L double turbo fitted to the front, because this car carves in the turns like nothing i ever driven and i drove a million kms literaly in all sorts of nice cars

flipkid... your theory is almost correct.. but in a 135i M-pack. you get 306 bhp (drove this engine in a 335i coupe and its amazing) you get limited slip diff and m suspension... you service it as you say like a 'bmw's basic inline six'(note this 3L was the engine of the year a couple of times as in the best engine in the world made period!) anyways, running an m car and servicing cost 3x the a regular (plus extra fuel, tyres etc) in the real world not even the new m3 could pull away from a 135i

find a mint low miliege m3 or m coupe, these things are just bmw's basic inline 6 engine with a turbo put on it, take your 40k and get true M performance, also theres probly guna be more of these driving around than honda civics, don't you want to have a unique car and not some shit bmw put together to appeal to a lower budget crowd.

I test drove this car in the netherlands. It was a 6 speed manual the way to go. Very very fast. I loved it right after i started driving it. Fully loaded i get it for 39,000 us dollars.
