Meh. What it takes to camp can be found under the following:

1. An extreme amount of patience

2. A good spot on a map to sit all game

3. A terrified, timid personality

4. A desperation to have a good KDR and high killstreaks

5. A powerful, overperforming gun, along with a suppressor attached

6. A combination of annoying perks such as second chance, ghost, cold blooded, etc.

7. A pathetic reason to think hiding in a corner is just like real military tactics

Not everything is camping, guys. Especially with a sniper rifle. Personally, I will NEVER camp. I don't find that way of playing to be fun, which confuses me on how other people do. I run out and EARN my kills. But, if enemy air support comes in, I run into a building, either wait for my teammate to shoot it down or do it myself. I also love sniping, but when I take a sniping position and move after 2 kills, I get called a camper. Camping is sitting in a corner or prone ADSing at entrances. :/

Kinda sucks they're taking strategy out of the gameplay. Making it kind of just a run n gun game. Their are some players that like to snipe and they should have their place too. I had more fun gunning on black ops but on mw2 I liked sniping with the intervention. I'm more of an assault rifle guy anyway.

To prevent people from camping all you have to do is post a players position if they stand in one spot for say longer than 30 seconds. That way they have to stay moving and cant continue to camp for long.
