How to fix "Invalid Numeric Entry" Bug in Photoshop CS3

OMGEEESH! Thank you so much! And yea, the program is actually called AppLocale. THANK YOUUU! Now I can start drawing some hair when I can preset my brush. :D I chose Japanese, it works. ^_^

hey, i use Photoshop CS3 and i think i have a bug?

i try to use other colours like green, blue etc... but it always turns grey?? my i can use Black and white. but if i try using other colours, it just automatically selects grey??

It's from the color setting (mode) of your image.

Go to Image > Mode then change it to RGB Color.

Also you can choose it from the beginning by select the Color Mode: RGB Color (or CMYK if you prefer).

The MS program actually is called AppLocale and the Greek thing he said is the third one below Vietnam.
