  • The audience clapped at the end but they laughed in all the wrong places.

  • Omg tht girl got it wrong it's supposed 2 be 15 years not 14 but I was in the music man jr and they cut out so much quartet stuff (I was the bass) and out director made it a sextet I was SO PISSED I wanna do this again but do the real thing

  • wow that was rushed like hell..

  • wow. this sucks

  • this is actually the only quartet song that the baritone, instead of the 2nd tenor, is lead....interesting fact for u. great job to all on a tough song.

  • good singing but they;re stiff and they sing it too fast

  • need more bass

  • Tenor 1 sucks man.

  • The lead has a beautiful voice, but it ruins the blend.

  • The tempo is supposed to have a bit of rubato in it. You can pull and push it.

  • the lead is dope

  • acting is awful singing is in tune but stiff

  • Hey guys- I'm the bass in the red vest. The liberties we took with the tempo had nothing to do with a production time crunch. We were instructed by our music director to play with the tempo like that. The freedom to change the tempo is a right reserved by the director for nearly all vocal performace pieces, to a certain extent, but the changes are especially prominent in barbershop. Hope this helps, let me know if you have other questions or anything.

  • Granted, the director has the right to change the tempo, but the public who view this have the right to critique it.

  • Oh yeah, I'll totally grant you that. Critique away!

  • Alrighty.

I didn't really like the tempo, as some people have previously mentioned.

I feel sure the Pick-A-Little Ladies are meant to be around for that whole scene, not just one of them wandering around.

Someone sat on the aerophone or something. It sounds really weird.

All that said, I congratulate. It's not easy singing in a barbershop quartet, and this song isn't the nicest of songs to sing to (in my opinion). However, you pulled it off well, and I liked how the largest man was the tenor.

  • Alright singing. Terrible acting.

  • not too bad tonality, but the tempo is very irradicate.

  • It changes you dumb ass! Its the way the song was written.

  • Sorry, but it is not how it is written. It starts slow builds up and slows down again, however these good singers failed to sing consistently in the tempo for the certain parts of the song. You see what I'm saying, it just wasn't fluent. Watch the Buffalo Bills and then tell me that is how it is supposed to be sung.

  • awesome job guys.

  • nto bad, a couple of notes were off, but overall nice harmonies

  • omg they sound so good!!!alot better than the quartet at my school:x

  • In 1923 a guy named Billy fell down in a candy store and his pants came down. He choked on a Hershey and...er...unless you feed a frog to a tiger or something, he'll come back and...hang on, I think I've pissed myself...Sorry, I'll be back with a better curse once I've changed...sorry..

    great voices, incidentally

  • wow, your cast is amazing. i wish our school had boys like that...willing to act, and not afraid to sing.

  • you guys rule.

  • this is my favorite musical

    you guys are fantastic!!!

    <333

  • fab.

  • Very nice! That is some real talent.

  • The Guy Who made this movie lived in the next town over..

  • great! i <3 it!

  • because barbershop quartets rock and so does the music man!
