  • @drastaify it was a jerk, he didnt throw it up, l2lift

  • @drastaify

6'4 at 185? It's a shame what those Nazis did to you in Auschwitz, but it's time to move on and begin eating again, bud.

Good luck with that having 400 pounds on your back thing though, much less jerking or pressing it.

  • Steroids and other enhancing perfomance drugs can turn anyone into superman. Don't be impressed by these guys. 99.9% of them don't have a natural strength to admire.

  • @Hawkshadow70 gtfo and start training, drugs dont make a man.

  • @Hawkshadow70 rofl i love your logic. It sucks..

  • good shit props bro!

  • woah,, O_O

  • Good Lord son, you're going to herniate yourself doing that.

  • Respect

  • thats a shoulder press or behind the neck press not a push press but sick weight tho xD

  • WHAT MAN!!! THAT INSANE NOOOOOOO !!!!

  • Do you compete in anything? like discus or shot?

  • Wow thats impressive, seems impossible but i just seen it done, kind of feel weak now,you must of trained for years,

  • Awesome, man! 400 pounds is pretty freakin' heavy duty!

  • Actually it wasn't a statement it was a demand, so your the retard you stupid cave nigger.

  • Alright you dyke post up a video doing that.

  • dam man have you always been a strong guy? I have worked my ass of just to bench 385 and you are jerking 405 over you head! SICK!!!

  • Yeah. It took me around 6 years to go from a 300 lb. Overhead lift to 400 lb.

  • REALLY? I'll do 11 tomorrow 4 U!

  • Lookin at your vids i see how strong u r.

  • @BC95 you know what would be even more impressive? youtube without lame trolls like yourself, but wacha gonna do, huh?

  • @mabusss Your a waste you fuckin spic, go do something with your life you fuckin dyke.

  • @BC95 Why? Thats like taking your max bench of 400lbs and then saying it would be so much more impressive if you did HALF that weight ten times! I bet he could muster out 285+lbs 10 times...

  • @DwnNvr I agree with you, hell I think he can do 300 lbs for 10 reps, which to me is more impressive than just going 1 of 400.

  • @BC95 Damn you're retarded! If he can press 400 pounds once, you think he will have a problem pressin 200? New to building strenght and muscles? You have to be or retarded.

  • @BC95 Are you serious or you just another obumba voter?

  • i thought push jerks start from the front

  • the "btn" in the title means "behind the neck".

  • jealous

  • not even abit, i don't do these kinds of lifts.

  • impressive lift bud, nevermind the push, the way you control the 400 during your walk back is impressive by itself

  • i think thats a push jerk! nice stuff anyways :D

  • and BANG it goes through the floor

  • Crazy strength bro...awesome technique...50 stars.

  • amazing !!!!

  • am I the only one who knows that isnt 400lb? come on, if he could do it that easy he would be pushing 500. ridiculous

  • maybe you could watch the other videos and then you'd know its 400.

  • jerks always look easy because they are fast twitch muscle, its not a press out :P

  • Insane! I can only dream right now about strenght like that!

  • Comment removed

  • wow.. respect

  • whats your age and size, thats one of the more impressive lifts ive seen on here

  • I was 29 at the time and about 265 at a height of 5'11.

  • great strength man!

  • fuckin right!!!

  • Nicely done

  • holy shit, you kicked that barbell's ass. Great lift.

  • nice

  • really, really strong !

  • very impressive!

  • That's quite a lift. I just hit a BTN push-press PR if you wanna check it out -- overhead lifts w/ leg drive are without peer IMHO.

  • Great weight! Good height on the bar. Work on that footwork and you can get probably another 25 lbs. Do you practice jerks (olympic lifting)?

  • I don't olympic lift, but I have "tried" to teach myself a power jerk. I compete in Strongman. Technique adjustments would definetly help.

  • HOLY FUCKING SHIT strong as fuck mon

  • Not really sure what is dangerous about it.

  • wow. Is your name really i love little boys?

  • Nice.

  • HOLY SHIT!

  • solid

  • Looking good and behind the neck!

    Well done =)

  • The only other person I've seen do that with more weight is former WSM Gary Taylor at a gym in the UK during the mid 90's and it just blew me away. That lift you just did would have been more than most of the current WSM and IFSA competitors could do with a few exceptions like Zydrunas Savickas, Mikhail Koklyaev and Glenn Ross. Well done! See you soon on ESPN :)

  • As soon as you correctly lock out 225 overhead I will possibly listen. Until then, I have NEVER had a shoulder problem, this is a lift that gets cycled in and out I do not do them on a regular basis.

If it helps I've split jerked 385 from the front with a slight pressout.

  • 16 year olds know everything there is to know about lifting weights, except how to actually lift them.

    Very impressive

  • To do the behind-the-neck presses as normally instructed, you must externally rotate your shoulders as much as possible. This is a very delicate position for your shoulders. The supporting muscles of the shoulders (known as the rotator cuff) are not in a good position to stabilize the joint and injury to those supporting muscles can result, which can lead to further injury in the connective tissue of the joint.

  • Of course they do. You're extremly strong, 400 lbs over your head is insane.

But there has been lots of research showing how behind the neck presses can shred up your rotator cuffs. I'm just lookin out for ya, ;).

  • That's very impressive. But you do know the negative effects of behind the neck lifts right?

Still, very nice job, but I'd look into the btn stuff.

  • I seriously hope you are kidding.

All lifts are tools are tools and have their place. I'm a strongman competitor not an Olympic Lifter.

  • Behind the neck lifts are excellent for back/shoulder strength. The negative effects in my experience are in lowering the weight back down slowly. The oly lifters focus on the press, they typically lower the weight quickly.

  • amen..you should be proud

  • Very Nice lift!

It looks like you have a lot of room for improvement. You're going to keep getting stronger. Not many people actually get 400# over their head.

  • Not many people even get 400lbs. off the rack.

  • Excellent!!
