Props for sounding close to Kurt, but he's just trying way too hard. I'd rather hear an original voice from someone doing their own take on the vocals. That's what a cover is. An artist's interpretation of a song by a different artist. The singer is just the typical wannabe Kurt who adds some weird accent with a raspy voice but will still fail to capture Kurt's great vocals. Now, I know, Kurt wasn't great at singing, but it was the emotion that made it good, while this is just trying too hard.
