there is two different couples. all freshmen in college.

first couple the girl gets pregnant, he tells her he dont want a kid so she kills it.

second couple gets into a fight the girl kills herself.

then the girl who killed her baby cant handle the guilt and kills herself.

and the guys are trying to deal with it by saying it wasnt my fault.

If I were you I'd make the couples a little more obviously different.

And, I'd've downloaded a hospital set and not made the girl so obviously pregnant and made her "go to get an abortian"

You can easily make them look a little different, one of the guys with black hair and one with blonde one of the girls with shorter hair etc. Try and make their styles slightly different or give them more unique clothing and decorate the rooms heavily
