  • I Disagree , If You Talk about your problems then you will be fine is bullshit . Alot of bullys in school say if you ever tell anyone about this your dead. And Ive found that to be true . I told on a bully once and he went through his punishment Then came after me more . even threatened my friends and family after,, You seem like you always want to be rite and I love your videos But you are wrong now ...Peace ..Tommy B

  • @lightningboy99 Im just talking about the people killing themselves because of being verbally abused... Physical abuse is a whole other topic... Seems like people who give physical abuse need long term psychiatric care...

We both agree that those people are bad, we just need to figure out a way to fix it without shooting them. lol

  • Anti-bullying laws are a waste of time. Parents may complajn and kids may cry, but in the end it is conflict that strenghens us, and all these laws do is isolate the victims from the truth. Also the zero tolerance on fighting schools are a joke because it lets those wannabe gang bangers push everyone around because theydon't care if they get expelled, but if I defend myself I get punished.

  • Totally agree! Anti-bullying laws are an attempt to create a utopian society where nobody hates, is mean, bullies, is racist, is "homophobic, is nasty, is greedy, etc., etc., etc. All utopian laws, especially at the federal level lead to tyranny. Anti-bullying laws can also go so far as to infringe on free speech because it might "lead to bullying". Keep up the good work!

  • Yeah right. Your videos SUCK! You think you have all the answers, like you can understand depression, fear, paranoia. Like somehow it can all be solved with a pill or counseling with Dr. Phil. People like you don't know anything about hardship and difficult times. Society and Government should PROTECT the weak, especially THOSE who CANNOT PROTECT THEMSELVES. The comments at the bottom also suck. When have any of these people had their Jaw broken or pissed out blood, or had nightmares!!!!!

  • Anti-bullying laws will make the whole emotionally weak state of kids, teenagers and adults even worse. The more they get overprotected by this sort of bullshit, the less they can take criticism, jokes, and negative feedback. Thus the suicide rates climb as a result, which stimulates governments to create more retarded anti-bullying policies, thus increasing the pussification of mankind even more. Soon people commit suicide for having a bad day.

Actually, that last part sounds kind of nice.

  • AWESOME VIDEO MOTING PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!

As oppose to nurturing the predominant victim mentality that is plaguing society.

    THANKS!

  • @shawso7 Exactly! This victim mentality is far more dangerous in this country! And it is even seen in most of the adult population!

  • I love how I see a bunch of comments calling children names. Yeah, lets call them all pussies, all of them! That will get our message across! ah ha ha ha ha...no -.- I agree wholeheartedly that the antibullying law sucks and that the funding should be directed to making counseling more accessible. People need to realize that times have changed. What children go through today isn't the same as what children may have went through years ago. Slandering children to mae them uncivilized brutes wont

  • @Dilan10Z make* wont solve anything.

  • Comment removed

  • @Dilan10Z agreed man

  • @Dilan10Z Jeez, I just realized that I said children alot, as if Im not one. Meh XD point still got across hopefully.

  • we need a anti pussy law for ppl who cry and kill them selves for attention

  • point blank! , IF THE LAWS WE HAVE RIGHT NOW WERE HELPING IN ANY WAY WE WOULD HAVE THIS BIG! PROBLEM kids are being bulled in school and from what i see from being in a school there really is no justice for them or real laws put in place for that issue, THE END.

  • @leo16lo People say that internet bullying is destroying kids lives... The bullying isnt so much the problem in the majority of cases... Kids literally have not been taught how to deal with issues on an emotional and extra personal level.

  • This is fucking Ridiculous.. This era of kids are a bunch of pussy's, riddle me that. I Remember being a kid getting bullied, beaten the fuck out of, getting jumped ect.. You know how i dealt with my problems?? FIGHTING BACK! These kids need to know how to defend them selves when theyre in those types of situations. They need to take charge of them selves and know that mommy and daddy isnt gonna be their for them all the time. We need to STOP spoiling our kids! Its fucking them up!

  • @godswordofsaradomin okay but a lot of kids being bullied are like 10 and their are still at the young age and are sensitive. So you cant just man up at that age. If someone says something so awful to you it stays with you forever and you cant help that. and what parents are you talking about? all parents are strict assholes. But you are trying to deprive them of their childhood and they will grow up to fast and learn about how shitty this fucking world is.

  • @MrBaseballfan11 Very true, but kids that are taught from a young age how to deal with emotions will be fine.

Im not saying they need to man up, they just need to be equipped with a way to deal with emotional stress.

  • @godswordofsaradomin yeah right...What neighborhood did you come from? Today instead kids hitting each other with fists, they shoot each other with guns. How many times have people shot or attacked you?? You think every one is a pussy because their afraid of getting shot?? How the HELL do you defend your self when a group of kids is waitin for you outside of school with GUNS, Fight back?...

  • @godswordofsaradomin "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge,

but the simple keep going and suffer for it". Proverbs 22:3... That's what happens when you face REAL DANGER....

  • @godswordofsaradomin We're not a spartan society anymore. We're a bit more civilized than that now. Fights are just barbaric when they can be avoided in the first place. Because once you fight back and defeat the bully, you're suddenly in the same position as the bully and you'll have a great tendency to become the bully yourself, thus starting a cycle of bullying and hatred. Your idea is also what starts wars between countries and costs the lives of billions.

  • That is to much logic for our people! I can't wait until we have more people like this young man around!

  • @lizluvskerry Thank you =)

I appreciate the kind words =D

  • People wouldn't follow those laws anyways, think about illegal downloading for example.

  • so pretty much, bullying wont stop in school, because the psychopaths get out of school too, enter the real world, mess up everybody. Also, these people don't function the same way as most people, they don't feel remorse or empathy, and they hurt things "just because". We need to create a system that can protect us. One that recognizes that, just as not all persons are human beings, not all human beings are persons. Find psycopaths, rehabilitate them =no more jackasses (people hurt by psycopaths)

  • @godlordy Done. lol That is exactly what I mean! =D

  • No, actually what they need to do is come up with a nice system that recognizes who potential psychopaths are, then you will end bullying. How? Well, the only people who do these things to others (pretty much for no reason) are psychopaths. These are people that just want power, and really don't care about abusing it. Watch the movie "Horrible Bosses". The character that Kevin Spacy plays is a great example (minus the violence at the end because most psychopaths don't kill)

  • It is a good thing your doing; informing people so that we are aware of a sensitive issue such as this. I know bullying IS serious because the effect is serious. And I took my stand against bullying a long time ago whereas now i ask my nephews to tell the teachers, before defending their selfs insureing them they are important to us all. Any ways good stuff. Please make a video about the " snitching" our older generation went by this and i think it contributed to the issue why they won't talk.

  • You left out one aspect.

Most of the people being bullied are in highschool. That places the majority of them way under their early 20s.

Guess which part of the brain is the last to mature (in your early 20s)?

THE FRONTAL LOBE - That's the part of the brain responsible for reasoning and problem solving. The part which enables you to weigh the consequences before taking action (such as deciding wether discouraging, asinine remarks are really something worth taking your life over).

  • @LunaSeaSane I believe that the frontal lobe is matured enough to learn how to deal with emotions in a benefit way. I dont think they need to rely on a law to not kill themselves...

  • @SuperJonesable I agree with that.

And I'd encourage people to stay strong and to resist the notion of replacing a group of unfortunate incidents for an entire life.

But do not will these kids into low self-esteem, possibly even suicidal tendencies and claim that the real problem is that "they're just not strong enough". That's hypocrisy.

Adolescence is one of the most traumatic stages in a person's life.

That does not allow anyone to add further trauma to the equation.

  • @brosephMG .... funny :)

I liked your video, SuperJonesable. As a high student in the Minneapolis public school system, i've been on the recieving end of bullying for nearly all my school career, I had always thought "I'll show them (the bullies) one day... I'll show them..." I never knew what I meant by that, it just helped me get by. Now, I know that what I meant. I will show those bullies that sticks and stones may break my bones, and words *can* hurt me, but I won't back down.

  • @god1is1god Yes, that is the kind of person that succeeds! =D

  • if someone bullies u i say go kick some butt

  • The problem is that the child has no good information. It is all negative. Some of them are beautiful people and they still think they need to to end it all. They are not getting the positive input that they need to have. They do not have any good news because whatever they hear is all bad.

Now we have to define what is good. Truth is good. We can and are able to do every good thing if we know what is good. Telling the truth is good.

God's word is true and good. People are dying without it.

  • I agree with you they should really care about other problems.

and people have to get stronger.

  • Lame, Kids need bullying to grow up.

  • ummm i disagree, they're called counselors and therapists, the problem lies upon the parents to make sure their kids aren't being dicks (bullies) or pussies (people being picked on), and bullies are in your life....for life it's a part of life and they can't handle bullies then they should off themselves because life is waaaaay harder than somebody calling you gay

  • @TheCrunkful Yeah that is why I think real therapy and real class on how to understand feelings would be helpful... Because lets be honest some parents are not much and it really shouldn't end in suicide... But yes you are right in a very strong way in which the parents are the ones to blame for the majority of the issue...

Teach your kids to talk about feelings and not be a jerk! lol

  • It makes a specific point to all bullys: key word SPECIFIC

  • @MrSpemat Hey now ive actually seen gay guyd bully other people so thier not always the victim

  • @millertas Waiy did u say runescape??? Im sorry fpr saying this but no wonder they picked on him much u shud have told him not talk about it in scho and he wud have been fine, they most have rode his ass in everyday poor thing

  • @TampaFlorida813 Also if u arent like the rest of the kids, for exapmlr i was the only few black kids in my school , so yes allot of times when i was walking home i wud get the N word , and i got alot of black jokes , but i never let it get to me they cud not bring mw down i proved i belong there with my perfect behavoir and grades, i did not want there acceptance though because i dont got respect for bullies

  • Just teach those kids how to beat up the bully and you're done.

  • The hardest thing about making bullying illegal will be proving it in the court of law

  • gay is the new dumb

  • @2PacsFatherAGAIN The real victims of bullying are the bullies! These whiny victims should go lift some weights!

  • ok the main reason i think you are right is it will only be another blow against freedom of speech. NOT that im supporting bullying but the problem is what is a " bullying law" - as you pointed out we already have harassment.

  • @poosaypirate Exactly, thank you! =D

  • Lol dude you look like this transexual that makes youtube videos (only in guy form). Anyway good points but at the same time telling a person who is being bullied to simply deal with it is a bit insensitive don't you think?

  • @PawneeStud Not "just deal with it" talk about it. see a public school councellor, understand your feelings. Same for the bullies, there should be a system that would enable students to acknoledge their feelings. That would reduce suicide rates drastically and decrease the number of real bullies.

I think that the biggest problem with teen suicide and bullies being linked shows that we as a culture do not nurture the self image very well in school.

  • Would you like some cheese with that whine?

  • @Geraldtoo XD if you happen to have any! =p

  • @SuperJonesable I agree with this I have stressed this issue so many times most of these kids who commit suicide are very anti social they don't go outside like most kids do these days since we're living in a pampered age where every kid has an xbox computer or ps3 when I was growing up I had to go to my friends house to play video games so I spent most of my time socializing outside skateboarding, playing basketball these kids who are being bullied seclude themselves from society. -Suscribed-

  • People killing themselves because they get "bullied"?

I don't see the problem here. Today's definition of "bullying" fucking pussy shit.

  • @diareahmaster As long as they arent being beaten up then I dont really care, people should be able to live life without being weakened by other's opinions.

  • fuck you queer. don't send me this shit, i'll fuckin bully you if you ever try to contact me again!!

    =)

  • @chippy922 haha sounds good, I will let my PR girl know haha

    sorry about that XD

  • fuck you homo. dont send me stupid shit i dont wanna see

  • @michiman57 Lol I will tell my PR girl, she will remove ya from ever being in contact again =p

She shares the video based on people's public likes/dislikes... Sorry buddy.

  • @SuperJonesable good

  • he is sorta right

  • fuck that this is a bunch of shit fuck people that get bullied, man up and grow a pair of nuts you pussy ass fags

  • What a rant. Don't know anything about the anti-bullying laws as I am an Australian but I will say that bullies need to be given a message loud and clear that bullying is not on. The law is not the complete answer but is certainly not to be dismissed as "that won't stop the bullies".

  • @millertas Well if the current laws that are valid against bullying doesnt stop them then more money and laws of the same branch wont stop them either...

What I think would stop them much more efficiently would be counseling and classes meant to explain how to deal with emotions.

But I wouldn't believe more laws that confuse the people will help since the laws that are in effect right now aren't stopping them but are completely valid laws.

I hear Australia is very nice. =)

  • @SuperJonesable Bullying is a very serious problem that can lead to suicide. I was bullied as a teenager like many others at school but really came annoyed when my son who had servere mobility problems (he infact died in 2008) was bullied at school and the attitude of most of the staff was it could not be helped and he needed to take more efforts to "fit in". I don't believe a law will do much but bullying needs to be attacked on many fronts.

  • @millertas Right, well we all are bullied, and kids that commit suicide should be given a support structure to understand whatever people are saying about them doesn't make it true.

Without a support structure the kid will still have emotional distress and thoughts of suicide.

  • @millertas Sorry about ur son. U know what, there is a kid in my school who was famous cuz he had a problem. sorry that ur son didnt have that luxery

  • @Shadowcreator21 My son was famous, not for his disability but because he was a top runescape player especially in 2007 (known as FatWrecked). If he had lived he would have found more friends outside school and like me become more of an interesting individual. I personally haven't seen anyone from my school days from over two decades.

  • America never needed anti-bullying laws until the last few decades, it's become an epidemic because of the concurrent relaxation of morals and power being removed from the schools via litigation. If American families improve themselves and power were returned to schools so that teachers could beat a student for insolence (bullying, talking loudly in class, disrespect of any kind), then we'd go back to better days.

  • @truthslap I do believe we should have some sort of system of punishment in schools.

  • Hy Superjonesable, you said the new law isnt different from the allready existing laws because hitting people and assault them is illegal but what is new? Maybe the laws are the same but now they count for underaged people? I dont know but bullying is mostly for underaged people. What you think?

  • @martinrothen Maybe but laws apply to people underage too. Again I think that bullying is a problem but the biggest problem involves people not talking about what bothers them.

  • I have a question. When I call someone just for fun ''fuck you'' or ''asshole'', is this bullying?

  • @UltimateWindows1 It could be seen that way... :/ which is why instead of new laws we need to create a support system for students that are distraught. People have to learn to deal with life.

  • @SuperJonesable which brings us directly to the next topic which is all this Psycho Pharma DRS are shoveling at kids these days - i would like to see statistics on bullying and teen suicide PAIRED WITH STATISTICS ON how many of those kids were on these meds.

  • @poosaypirate Very good idea, statistics can be used to show all types of correlation!

I mean I would say more people are depressed and commit suicide because of money, doesnt mean we get rid of the banks! lol

  • @SuperJonesable UGH!!!!!

    HORRID !

  • @poosaypirate I know, and the laws that take away "hazing" from fraternities! Guess what? Universities haze all the time! They make people do things they dont want to do, if you dont do them then they get rid of you... You pay money to get into them, they choose you based on your credentials, and people kill themselves because they cannot handle being kicked out. We dont get rid of schools.lol

But in many ways their definition of hazing is too broad and ruins many safe frat events

  • @SuperJonesable in the olden days , kids were kids.

this whole theater about Hazing is another very similar topic, you are right- did you get that article a few months ago about the "ookie cookie" incident on yahoo?

I think you can use your imagination but i mean , c mon guys- get a grip

  • @poosaypirate Yeah no I agree that kind of stuff is rediculous but so are the laws surrounding hazing. lol

I mean they arent even allowed to wear a shirt with their letters or be involved in group building exercises! Even if they are safe...

And it doesn't stop the crazies from doing stuff like that because they work around the law by saying the people choose to do those things and will not get punished if they don't!

I dont know what to do about the situation now but its worse

  • Hey kid in the video: You look and sound gay.

  • @BrosephMG stopp bullying or i call the cyber police! You better watch this first: watch?v=dYrlj9VE2fg

  • @BrosephMG haha and you see I dont think this comment or any one like it should be cause to be fined or thrown in jail! People have the right to tell you what they want to! If I dont like it then I have the right to not listen!

There is much to say about people and their right to speak their minds!

*cyber bullying* is even more ridiculous than laws trying to stop real bullying!

  • @SuperJonesable The only thing gayer than you is that comment.

  • @BrosephMG Well at least something is! XD

  • Nice Points

  • Nice Points

  • then people will turn the tables... I am gay and I have seen other gay guys get up in every straight guys faces to provoke being hit so they can cry "hate crime" on them when they snap.

they need "anti-sensitivity" training... this cutesy poo sensitivity classes do nothing...

  • @MrSpemat No joke man, we need REAL life class! lol

I remember when I was in high school and all they taught were useless imaginary systems of how to get along with no real problems...

I also believe hate crime laws and all laws involving specific groups hurt America more than they help now... How about we apply the constitution to everybody!

  • @MrSpemat your victim-blaming is disgusting. Poor attackers that couldn't help but feel prompted to hit defenseless guys. I bet you're one of those guys too who tell girls not to wear mini skirts so they don't get verbally harassed on the streets or worse. You have to understand that there are some people who are not that emotionally strong, no matter these preemptive measures.

  • @Atemporal There we go! Hit the nail on the head! =D

"emotionally strong" That is what I mean, we need class to create emotionally strong people! =D

I mean in a world where people are killing themselves over facebook and youtube because people make fun of them, we should note that is a problem!

Emotional strength and understanding is what we need! =D

  • Borrring borrrring borrring

  • If the kids already learn that they will be punished for bullying someone, they will not bully someone in "real" life.

So I prefere less laws and less state action. And making a law is not enough. But if it helps to draw attention to a big problem, it can be right to make that law. No matter how many other laws cover the matter under another headline.

With an anti bullying law victims always can point at that law specifically tailored to help them.

  • @wwwtotalitaerde There is no need to politicise the issue and will do nothing but hurt the already broken system of learning.

People are killing themselves because they are being called names or afraid to come out and say they are gay... Counseling on all sides will fix this, both on the bully side and the bullied.

But more laws that are supposed to somehow get into the school system and stop bullying is nothing but a political power grab anyway.

  • @SuperJonesable Bullying is not a question of politics, but its a criminal behaviour producing victims. And any criminal behaviour producing victims has to be stopped. If existing laws are not capable to stop victim producing criminal behaviour, there have to be taken additional legal measures. Deliberately failing to do so results in the state becoming an accomplice of the criminal. I am not a great admirer of any state action, but in certain cases THEY have to do their job.

  • @wwwtotalitaerde If your child is really being bullied then all you have to do is press charges on the kid. Done.

We dont need more laws that cover the same things especially when we pay rooms full of poeple to make them.

I do think that it is something politicized greatly because it is easy to say "well I am against kids being bullied" signs meaningless law that puts them in limelight and being for safe kids...

wheras if a politician sees it being useless, votes against it he is bad.

  • @SuperJonesable I do agree that a large amount of state regulation is not only useless but hinders the economy and the people. This may apply to more than 99% of all regulation. The amount of regulation should be kept as low as possible and be written in a way to allow everybody to understand it.

Only in cases where there is an absolute need for a law there should be one.As in cases of victim producing crimes. If bullying can not be reduced by traditional laws a new law is needed.

  • @wwwtotalitaerde Or better system to reduce depression in schools and to reduce the need for other students to hate on the rest.

I think new laws should only be used if the people really cannot be shown to get along... I think these kids are at heart good both bullies and bullied. They all need direction. If they realize they are very similar then they will get along. AND guess what, they will both become working parts of society! =D

  • @SuperJonesable Of course getting along without a law always is preferable. If you educate the kids in a decent way, causing them to be self-confident AND helpful the problem will just disappear.

See my videos "The Nazi State" and "Education for death" relating todays bullying to the violent system of education used in Germany during the Nazi time. This system still is being used secretly in Germany to organize everyone under the command of the German administration.

  • Along with Phys. Ed., there should be martial arts taught in schools. It would be a great avenue of catharsis therepy. Bullies might do better in sports, but the discipline of martial arts doesn't allow for a bullysome attitude. Most martial arts were designed as systematized forms of military hand-to-hand combat. Beyond that, even, they often have a nationalistic philosophy built into them (Taekwondo, for example) that encourages a practitioner to be a champion of the oppressed.

  • @IggyHazard Yeah I think there should be something in school to teach discipline and respect.

  • Hello! I just wanted to say you are an awesome human being and Geek for the Greater Good and I don't know who you are really but I love you already! :)

I have been bullied in high school and college, even at work as a journalist (well, I was working and studying ever since I was 17) but you are right, BREAKING THE SILENCE / BEING GIVEN A HEALTHY CHANNEL TO EXPRESS & PROCESS ONE'S PROBLEMS will make the biggest difference for kids getting bullied in school.

  • @dreiskee Very true and thanks for the healthy enthusiasm! =D

We update every week too! So if you get bored check us out this coming Sunday =)

  • Comment removed

  • No!

  • @biscuit1025 No what?

  • @SuperJonesable It's just that I don't think that way. =D It's okay we are people, we have different opinions!!

  • @biscuit1025 Yeah we are cools =D yay freedom of speech! =)

  • @biscuit1025 I'm am just glad that we can have different opinion and not fight about it!! That really doesn't happen a lot, especially on YouTube!!

  • @biscuit1025 I agree completely. But hey man, if you want to disagree with anything I say, all I have to say is keep on watching! =D

I am glad that we can discuss and disagree in a civil way. I wish our government would do the same! lol

  • @SuperJonesable the government is out there, and it can't discuss matter in a civil way! I don't understand. - Comments?

  • @biscuit1025 The congress has become so divided that they are playing the political party game. One party wants product A and the other wants B and they are not allowing compromise.

It is a big mess here.

  • @SuperJonesable Is that really it, I knew that much!! Thanks!! I'm not really in to politics!!

  • Agree completely. Great video. Perhaps make a video on ACTA?

  • @MegaCalvinHobbes Its a deal! Ill get one together and see what happens this next Sunday =D

  • @SuperJonesable Wow, thanks! That's awesome for you to do. :D

  • There is no need to create more laws that won't be enforced, just as current laws are not enforced. Bullying takes place across all age groups and in all areas of life - school, work, church, etc. But the media mostly reports the bullying in schools because so many of the victims are killing themselves. When the victims do report the incidents to people who should take charge and do something (teachers, administrators, and even parents), many times those people do nothing.

  • @BillCapp I agree and is most certainly more of an issue with our society moreso than our legal system.

If people would just talk then we would probably live in a much more comfortable place lol

  • @SuperJonesable The lack of talking about things is one of the biggest problems we have in our society. Maybe even the biggest problem, because when people don't talk and ask questions and discuss things, etc, they draw conclusions that lead to other problems.

  • @BillCapp Hit the nail on the head my friend! =D

  • I don't think the bully is to blame for those who off themselves. This is just another case of the government trying to protect people, who are suicidal, from themselves.

  • @LoveSteroid I agree, if these people would learn to talk about what they are feeling and harness those crazy emotions then they would be much better off!
