Loved this show when I was younger, looking back it was on Monday nights when my household should have been watching football, however, this show and Newhart, Designing Women were great and I remember these rather than some regular season football game. Thanks!

Susan St. James is so cute in a wholesome girl next door way. I used to watch that show just to fantasize about well-you know being her secret muscular (delivery) man or something. I deliver it hot, fast and fresh and no money tip required.
That's what was so great about those eighties sitcoms. They were about everyday people that you could relate to. Unlike Friends, which is a show about overgrown fraternity like thirtysomethings, who try to be cute yeat are stupid.
Susan Saint James is from Rockford Illinois where I live and she came back in the 80's to visit. My parents have a limo sevice and my dad drove for her. I never met her but he got her autograph for my grandma. Unfortunetly it got lost.
So many of those '80s sitcoms and dramas were so laid-back and easygoing. Make no wonder they haven't aged too well in the post-Simpsons/Twin Peaks/Seinfeld/X-Files world. Today, it's difficult for me to accept that I was a regular viewer of this show back in my high-school years.
