  • gtrjunky and john17v17 are the same exact person! That is why "they" defend each other!!! They are ONE and the SAME!!! He has about 100 different profiles he uses! He is a LIAR and a POSER!

  • @truthseeker0183 I find he stalks those he hates. He carbine copies someone's name and talks trash with it. He is simply lost.

  • @SwordofManticorE I completely agree. I had to block him from my profile because he hoarded judgmental comments as well as great assumptions that everything I did was out of the fact that I was destined for hell onto every video I made thereafter.

  • @gratedrawur I ran into Brian or "gtrjunky" about five months ago. No one should even try to engage him in conversation (even on YouTube), because he is not open to reason. He's a YouTube terrorist! ;-) I just hope that one day Christianity will be known for how we love and not for what we hate.

  • @SwordofManticorE

He's got around 20 different screen names now, among which are megatruth45, universalismrefuted, and mothmann21. There is a forum thread open in youtube help which is hopefully going to to expose this person and get them blocked / banned / thrown off youtube. Any info you can add to the page would be awesome. take care

  • @flipsidejim Check out this video here. It is all gtrjunky arguing with himself. Very sad individual.

  • @truthseeker0183 Amen, glory to God.

  • I have debated with gtrjunky before...and have found that debating with him was like debating against a dog, incapable of thought, who would rather blindly follow the commands of his master. I've never come across a bigger, more self-righteous know-it-all than this dude. He's actually threatened me that I might go to hell if I don't change my way of thinking, like I'm some evil satanist because I question the merits of religion! What a load of crock! Free thinking is healthy for u.

  • I agree. Very well said. As Christians the main focus shouldn't be to debate the false teachings, but approach it in a loving manner :)

Yes, debate is necessary to clarify points, but to expect a result from that, isn't too likely...

  • bravo bravo. gtrjunky and his cohorts have been bashing rob bell for several years .

I am pretty sure cam is honest in his desire to spread the kool aid of wotm to all who will par take of it. I made a quick video a while back exposing preacher cam and his video case for x-mas8 in which he proclaims 1 out of 1 people die there you may be old or young but there is escaping death.etc.... when presented with the facts of what the bible says .cont

  • he spouts off a bunch of excuses etc....

bottom line gtrjunky and his cohorts will never admit they are wrong. yet they bash rob bell saying he preaches falsely.

yet when shown from the scriptures his errors, gtr just tucks n runs.

  • @John17v17 Oh, I guess we're just spouting our beliefs in the most belligerent manner possible now. Alright then:

I believe that there is probably an afterlife, that there probably is a god, and that it probably doesn't care about any of us. I believe that people should be open minded and kind and that they shouldn't even care about religion, and I know that they aren't. I know that most people are hateful, ignorant trash and I now know that you are counted among them.

  • @John17v17 You sir, are a troll. If you don't believe me, it's only because I'm right.

  • @CloseEnoughToSane When I wrote 'you believe or you dont', I am not referring to believing me, but believing God. God has spoken, in his word, & in Jesus. You either believe God, or you don't. God is right, whether you believe him or not. He does own you, & me, & all his creatures, because he is God. The reason we dont like the idea we are accountable to him is because we are rebels against God by nature, which is why we deserve his punishment, & why we need to repent and have faith in Christ.

  • Turn to Christ in repentance and faith.

  • @john17v17 Yes, thank you. (non sarcasm intended)

But I would still like an explanation as to why you took the verses you gave me out of context. Please see the response video from myself to, well, myself.

  • @John17v17 I'm not really going to debate Christianity with you (not being a Christian myself, it's hardly my thing), but I will debate this: What part of this video gave further evidence that this guy isn't a Christian? Maybe my agnostic eyes are missing something, but I have no idea where that point is coming from.

  • @CloseEnoughToSane Eph 5.3 is an instruction given to Christians, & violated by gratedrawur in this video. In this video gratedrawur restates his objection to how I and others on YT object to Rob Bell's denials of the gospel message given to us in the Bible. A Christian is someone who believes the gospel, and contends for it, not someone who rubbishes those who contend for the true faith.

  • @john17v17 The problem comes in, of course, when you have nothing from Rob Bell saying he rejects that Christ was God in flesh and sandals.......................

    Choose your next words wisely.

  • @john17v17 The 500 character limit demands I be concise:

1-Rob Bell; An interpretation, no matter how odd, is farthest from denial.

2-Drawur; If jokingly calling someone gay revokes your Christianity, then Christianity is a dying religion.

3-You; Belief systems, Christianity included, are varied, complex, and subjective. Using the word "true" to describe them is arrogant and close minded.

4-YouTube; Some things are without point, arguing core belief systems anonymously is one of them.

  • @CloseEnoughToSane I would invite you to visit my YouTube channel and check out some of the videos I've favourited under the playlist, 'What is the Gospel?'

  • @john17v17 I wonder if you accepted that it was pointless to argue on YouTube or just ran out of counterpoints? Condescension aside, I'm genuinely confused by your playlist.

Starting off with a music video is not how you explain religion. I didn't watch beyond 2 minutes into the 2nd video. The idea that by virtue of existing, you are owned, is something that I refuse to accept. It seems like your playlist is more about alienating outsiders and circle jerking on the inside than explanations.

  • @CloseEnoughToSane Jesus said: 'because I tell the truth, you do not believe' John 8.45. It has always been that way. My desire is not to alienate outsiders, but to be faithful to the message of Jesus Christ. However, I am well aware, because the Bible makes it clear, that a faithful gospel presentation will alienate people unless God does a work of grace in their hearts.Changing the message is not an option for a faithful Christian. You believe or you don't.

  • The reason I doubt you are a Christian is not because you disagree with me, but because you take disagreement with God's word and the gospel so lightly.

Re your vulgar comment about me; Ephesians 5.3: 'But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints. Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking'

This video you've uploaded is only adding further evidence to cast doubt on the notion you are a true Christian

  • Acts 9.28-29:So Saul stayed with them and moved about freely in Jerusalem, speaking boldly in the name of the Lord. He talked and debated with the Hellenistic Jews

Acts 17.2:As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures

Acts18.28:For he(Apollos) vigorously refuted his Jewish opponents in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Messiah.

  • You said 'You dont debate someone to Jesus, that's not how it's done'.

Debating was exactly what the apostle Paul (&Apollos also) did: e.g. Acts 9.28-29,Acts 17.2,Acts18.28. Of course, it takes God alone,by grace,to open our eyes to receive the truth. In our fallen state we are hostile to the truth and will not accept it unless God opens our hearts e.g. Lydia in Acts 16.14. But Christians are commanded to pray for people, and contend for the faith with them - Jude 3.
