block it, block it, block it they are not cop :D. No cop=no ticket=no foul. A police officer must witness and pull over the vehicle in order to ticket them.

It is a SVP magnum siren. That particular siren can be a dual tone siren or single tone as you hear it now. It sounds GREAT!!!!!
