@Stmarie192 first of all this isn't 70. more than likely he didn't warm up properly if your throwing up in the basement. if you don't warm up properly you willl throw your arm out. he didn't get any cardio to warm up probaly. you shouldn't also throw as hard as you can often, if your not pitching.
