When you said Hasbro is trying new things with the bull-pup design, I thought the firefly was also bull-pup?

@gopherproduction43 The Firefly is configured like a bullpup, but it's not. The barrel is directly over the trigger/handle. While this is close, it doesn't technically fall under the definition of a bullpup. It's hard to apply the same definition of bullpup to Nerf blasters as real guns, because the propulsion system is very different.

you just know they ( meaning hasbro) will come out with a new barrel extension 6 months later ( like the barricade with the stock area, that came without a stock.)but once that barrel comes out you will have to rebuy the blaster for it. (sigh) such a great blaster.

I think the space under the tactical rail is for your other hand placement. Although me being left handed that small tactical rail on the side gets in the way.

@combatarmsman101 While a P90 is a bullpup, the magazine design is completely different. This magazine is vertical, while a P90's magazine is placed in horizontally. It may just look similar because the barrel ends right over the trigger, which is similar to a P90.

Other than that, I really don't get why so many people think it looks like a P90.

@Coop772 well i do have an airsoft p90 and ya the mag is vertical BUT it has ruffly the same shape without the mag and sadly it doesn't have the grip in the front (it would be a awesome addition tho) and the rail is like where the airsoft rails/built in red dot are on the p90 overall it looks like one but like you say some what different.

What are your plans for modifying the forward area of the blaster? I know barrel extensions aren't ideal but if you could incorporate a recon barrel and stampede fore grip that might be cool. Also a longshot barrel extension might look interesting. I wouldn't know because I don't own a rayven yet.
