I'm a scooterer, and I don't hate on anyone. BMXers, Skaters, or (especially) inliners. Why? Because the scootering and inline skating community is so small, bashing each other would be absurd. We both would like our sports to grow stronger, and fighting wont help it. Awesome video.

@blotto85 Just as you said blading is similar to underground and underground artists continue to produce music because they have a passion for it even if the checks aren't that great and same should be true of the pros. You get to travel, roll, and on top of it you're getting paid. If pros were getting a ton of publicity the scene could benefit from the new talent that could emerge but its nice not being part of an enormous group.

yes, skateboarders get 10 feet off the ground on halfpipe or big launch ramp.. fruitbooting look easy, you just jump and catch the edge of ledge or rail.. skateboard, it takes you months to get 1 inch air on flat ground.. rollerbladers suck, they are dying slowly.. toobad, tv contests cut fruitbooting off because fruitbooting is not a sport, it is excerise, haha

When it got big in the 1990's it became kind of lame because the money attracted a lot of people who just wanted to exploit it.

It just sucks how a professional rollerblader makes like $15,000 a year. Thats fucking bullshit. But at the same time it's better than a pro like Tony Hawk who sold out, is bound by contracts and forced to preform like a monkey for crowds of kids for decades, but makes millions.
