  • It is Pacific Grove, CA not Monterey proper. However, most locals use the term Monterey to describe the general Monterey Bay area including Seaside, Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove. This was a massive storm and it changed our landscape forever. River rock was deposited and piled up on Spanish Bay beach. Stillwater cove was all jacked up. Carmel Beach eroded and doesn't look like it used to. This storm ate away at our shores. A salute to AMN for capturing it.
