Newark Cops Say "They Can Do Whatever they want to you"

Demand that the chief of police fire that cop. If the chief doesn't fire that cop, have the mayor fire the chief. If the mayor won't fire the chief, recall the mayor, and elect one that will. Prove to these asses that the people are in charge, not them.

cops can be a good thing, but they can also be a bad thing...who is there to control it? nobody, that's the problem! It sure is nice to have someone keeping my environment safe for me. It sure is awful having some mofo arresting me, because I don't comply with his values.
