  • Does it bounce a lot? if it fits an evo it should work with an iphone 4 with a thin case, in you opinion.

    Is it durable?

    thanks

  • I've read this mount works with the HTC Thunderbolt too :) I just ordered one for mine, so we'll find out for sure. I'm HOPING that it'll work with the thin hard case I'm using with my Thunderbolt...

  • has ur htcever fell

  • Cant they just make it so that it will charge without wires, seems like a lot of trouble hooking up cables in the car. The aux then USB, TOO MANY CABLES!!!

  • how does this work with a case on your EVO?

  • Has anyone tried mounting the htc evo 4g With otterbox commuter series case? If so, does it mount or no?

  • i have the same set up, you even have the same car as mine,6th Gen ;D

  • hey i have the same set up, you even have the same car as mine,6th Gen ;D

  • Wow! Thanks a lot dude! I just bought an HTC HD7 and was looking all over amazon for a stand that would allow me to place it on my desk.

Does the suction cup hold on tightly to a wood or plastic desk?

  • Does it shake while you're driving when mounted to the windshield? It didn't appear to be prone to shaking while in the vent.

  • hey, do you think this would work w/my vertical A/C vents? are the vent clips snug enough for that you think? and also i have the white hard case (i think it's amzer?) that sprint stores were selling...has anyone tried it to see if it fits? thanks!

  • too much vibration

  • like it

  • You have an Accord?

  • @rawrrrOH Hah yes, a 2000 Sedan. You win!

  • Ordered, thanks!

  • is the neck on the window mout flexible at all?

  • @btwizz3185 Yep it's flexible. Guess I should have pointed that out :)

  • Unfortunately it does no work with one of those rubber-like cases. I tried with the one manufactured/distributed by HTC for the Evo and it would not fit in mount. There is still a slight chance that if it was in a thin hard case it might work.

  • @passmeabrewski Yeah, I figured that might be the... case.

  • I got one too and it works great!!! Perfect for the HTC Evo. I just need to test it with a case, I haven't got a case yet but I have a friend that does I'm betting that it will work.

  • @passmeabrewski Glad it worked out for you! Let me know how things go with a case on it. I really need to get a case myself... I seem to be dropping my phone far more than I thought I would considering how careful I try to be with it, haha.

  • Any issues with scratching or wearing on the edge of the phone where the clips grasp the phone? I am considering getting this but I am also considering getting a slim case to protect my Evo. I don't think I could do both. This looks a lot better than the bulky alternatives out there.

  • @passmeabrewski Not at all. The clips are a hard plastic, but they also are very smooth, and near the base there is a thin strip of rubber to provide better grip. I really like it. The alternatives I looked at had (in my opinion) too much extra plastic.

  • @prboy2500 Yep. I actually have a head unit that has USB, Aux, and Bluetooth, so I use Bluetooth to connect wirelessly. Then I use the USB cable to keep it powered up if I'm using GPS + Pandora (or whatever) on a long trip. Granted, I haven't been on any long trips in the past 3 weeks I've had my EVO, but that's how it's set up :)
