This song is most defiantly one of the best Panic! songs out. In my top 7 Panic! songs. I always feal the dream-like quality this song has to offer. It's defiantly a hard one to tackle though (in terms of vocals, if you have no formal training)

The lady referred too in this song suffers valiantly, for she cannot be happy without love, regardless of any material goods. Granted, she may lack foundation in reality ( i.e. "when I look in her eyes, I just see the sky"), but one could interpret this as a desirable dreamy quality. Also consider that the male counterpart isn't exactly a model lover either - his low self esteem encumbers his ability to accept others loving him ("who could love me, I am out of my mind")
