Heyy. I have a bong with a single percolator. There has been a arecent resin build-up inside of the percolator itself. How onEarth am I supposed to get to the inside of it and clean it well enough. As of now it is toking but not well enough to use. Some immediate help would be nice.

@TheFadapita sorry that the help wasnt immediate, but the way he is explaning works fine for cleaning percs. just use fine salt instead of corase salt. Heres the deal. Let your bong dry fully, take the water out and let it completely dry. then, put the salt in the bong and direct the salt into the perc, then put in the alcohol and shake. hope that helps

if its acrylic then alcohol will dissolve it and it will break. u can buy special acrylic, plastic and glass water pipe cleaner at a head shop like waterbeds and stuff but if u cant get cleaner then use hot water instead of alcohol and some fine salt. it might take a bit longer to clean since its hot water and not alcohol but it will still clean it

I see a lot of people saying they are cautious when they violently shake their glass bong to clean it. I like to wrap my bong in a towel before i shake it. I feel a bit more secure when I do. Also if you want a good grip, wear dish washing rubber gloves. Or some kind of rubber palm gloves. It grips the glass rather well.

hey there bean....  when i do mine...I have been using the G-spot cleaner with a spray top a coup[le of sprays like you did with the alcohol-but then dilute with hot water and add salt-then shake it like you do... I tend to leave the diffuser in the bong and put the rubber plug in the diffuser-clean it all in one...
