  • @legojoe9 then how can it live huh???

  • @edwardelric1910 thye probably have something that substitutes for both but functions and is desinged differently.

  • DAMN NATURE, U SCARY!

  • I like the noises coming from the camera lol

    anyone have the same thought?

  • ok??

  • looks sorta gay??

  • Quit pokin' at it!

  • Big momma

  • @dslcobra Yeah. It was a joke. Evolution is a bunch of crap. I'm not going to post Christian stuff on here, but Evolution makes no sense.

  • @Pandolin11 ha no shit dude i dont know what made this world but it sure as hell wasnt evolution

  • @dslcobra What kind of post is that? A fish immune to a jellyfish? It's like a clown fish being immune to an anemone. Who would think that a clown fish would be immune to an anemone? Pffft...whatever they were smoking, I want some.

  • protection FTW!!!!

  • y rnt they getting stung? :O

  • Aww poor babies. ):

  • it loks like its eating noodles lol

  • Everyone thinks that the Jelly is eating the fish.... well actually the fish are hitching a ride on the Jelly because they need shelter.

  • but why? what if they get stung and die?

  • well.. I guess they can avoid that

  • oh...cool!

  • clownfish live in a similar animal with stinging cells a special slime coating protects them

  • @xXUn4GeTaBLex somme fish indeed

    are they getting a ride?

but jellyfish eat fish or not?

  • They look as if they are avoiding the tentacles. If you look closely, they are inside the Jellyfish and not in its tentacles.

  • hey yes youre right:)

    isnt life just fantastic?

  • @dontmakemeMAD1990 Yeah, they do, scare the shit outta me too

  • And fatal one arrived also in Italy! °A°

  • dove O_O

  • A Messina hanno trovato la Portuguese man of war

  • @WafflezDay dude same here

  • Ahh, jellyfish are so pretty... yet deadly!! I would not be brave enough to poke it with a pole.

  • well thats stupid cause it cant sting you through the pole idiot

  • lol no they can't idiot, the sting comes from little barbs, there not electric eels.

  • The venom, the sting does hurt its the venom.

  • oh well - I was stupid! Was fishing and a jellyfish came near the rocks I was standing on; so poked it with the end of ma fishing rod - forgot about it; and then started fishing again - arm near elbow came into contact with that end of the rod - and got scars till now. it burned like crazy!

  • i would, if it was a really really really really long pole. XD and wood.

  • I would poke it with a katanna

  • poor fish...lol

  • wow che grande!!! e che quanti pesci c'ha dentroo!

  • lol, we can use jellyfish as a fish lure

  • KILL IT

  • The jelly fish is like 'Nom nom nom'

  • Its not so much they immune.

Rather They merely avoid the tentacles.

Its tricky, and they are seeing slipping up sometimes and paying the price.

without this even a clown fish can die very rapidly when the touch any stinging cnidarian.

Being with the jelly is safer then being out

  • they live in there not because it feels like and alien retard for protection so other fish dont harm them

  • OMGod. I can't believe that the fish would live in a jellyfish. mayeb they live in it because its warm??or its like a ticklish vines.

  • Teehee!

  • They use it because every other fish too feels as if jelly fish are Aliens.

  • that's amazing ^-^ wow!

  • they do that, i mean the fish

  • IS THAT FUCKIN' LARGE?!!

  • no,

Its just a cannon ball jelly.

There about the size of a soccer ball at best.

  • I belive those fish live thier entire lives in that jelly. the head of that jelly and bigger ones like it are like a forest andthe fish eat what it dosen't or something..

  • They dont spend there entire lives there.

But once they get settled, pelagic fishes tend to nestle into any large pelagic Cnidarians.

Being with the jelly is safer then being out in the open, even with the presence of the Nematocysts.

  • could be symbiotic for the fish, but somehow i dont think so.

i think it's being stressed by the constant PRODDING it's getting from the metal rod from the diver, and it's trying to swim as fast as it can.

would you finish chewing your food if someone was chasing you around with a gun?

  • do you know what your talking about? jellyfish are not stressed by anything because they dont have NERVES that connect to a BRAIN.

also they dont chew their food. what a stupid analogy you present as well

  • Just because one does not have a Central nervous system does not mean a organism cant be stressed.

Jellyfish are easily damaged, and numerous chemical shifts in the water can cause them considerable stress.

Stress can be indicated by a number of factors, one of which is the rate of its pulsory activity, others include Tissue recession and shrinkage due to lack of food, or over exposure to low oxygen environments.

  • why dont thy die

  • some fish are immune to the jellyfish's stings, so they are able to live there without dying and they get protection from other predators.

  • Its not so much they immune.

Rather They merely avoid the tentacles.

Its tricky, and they are seeing slipping up sometimes and paying the price.

Most fish are not immune to nematocyst stings.

    Not even clownfish are immune.

Clownfish avoid getting stung by rubbing against the sides of there host anemone and

coating them selves in its mucous.

without this even a clown fish can die very rapidly when the touch any stinging cnidarian.

  • damn jelly fish.... undersea pimp

  • half of you guys are retards

  • poke the jelly fish, poke poke poke lol

  • it looks like a giant sperm cell lol

  • Some fish will hide inside certain jelly fish for protection.

  • i love jellyfish ther so jelly

  • That has got to be one of the COOLEST things I have, or will ever, see in my life.

  • For some reason i like the bubble sound under water.

  • i was afraid to type that comment thinking i would be the only one...weird but cool

  • The fishes are having one big orgy and they can only afford 1 condom, they went king size.

  • XD! WOW that comment made my day!

  • lol!

  • Think this one is so beautiful, like lace and a feather boa, all white.

  • those are prob that type of fish that swim inside a jellyfish to be protected by it and the jellyfish gets food for the fishs lure them closer

  • omg a pregnant jellyfish ! :O

  • xDDDDDDDDD

  • WTF THT THING IS HUUUGE

  • It looks more as if she is letting them hide. SANCTUARY!

  • Does that jellyfish sting?

Cause it looks beautiful, but dangerous.

  • just like women :-)

  • There's no better way to commit suicide then to be devoured by a jellyfish. lmao. jk.

It stings but the pain is only temporary and it shouldn't alot. If you've been stung by a man o war you'll know that this is not nearly as painfull.

  • rather than being protected i think the little fish are being digested

  • LOL The fish have a Spineless bodygaurd XD

  • bus

  • im supprised they're not dead

  • ever heard of symbiosis???

  • no kiding!

  • Ultimate protection

  • That is really neat

  • the jellyfish look like nuclear xD

  • ohhhhhhhhhh freeky but sooo awsome

  • think the fishes do clean it for parasites and they get protection

  • I dont now what kind of fish is that. but I now they live all there life with the jellyfishs

  • what kind of fish was that with the glasses on, haha :)

  • This is symbiotic relationship between 2 organisms. School of fish attracts predators but instead are preyed on by the jellyfish, in return the fish gets shelter and protection.

  • is that jellyfish tryin to "eat" the fish?

Or are the fish tryin to get protection?

  • It looks like the fish aren't hurt. So I'd say the jellyfish isn't venomous. Either that or the fish are immune to the venom, the way clown fish are immune to anemones.

Regardless, it seems the jellyfish is providing a sufficient shelter for a school of fish.

  • Good logical explaination

  • lol i feel sorry for the fish but the jelly is awesome!

  • Kewl.

  • omg thats awesome i wanna bit one

  • lol don't poke it...it might explode =P

  • i would not like to be standing behind that thing

  • is that a fishy apartment or did the jellyfish win the lottery?

  • Like a dead one i think was floating and i was deep sea fishin its fucking kreepy

  • how did you get that video?! it's amazing!!!

  • one of those giant things washed up when i was surfing and it scared the crap outof me

  • Jellyfishfish.

  • big jelly

  • anyone ever wonder why they call it a jellyfish? Its not a fish just cuz its in the water. Take a seaslug. You dont call it a slug fish.

  • i think they have like this jelly like mucus around there stingers or what ever

  • wonderfull creature. but they scare the living shit out of me... haha

  • just in!!!

    Jellyfish poison heals cancer!!!

    Look for it on youtube!~

  • gods beauty

  • Peanut butter jelly time!

  • woa thatz cool lol

  • ushshshsh que grima colega.. @_0

  • is the fish eatin the jellyfish or jellyfish eatin those fish???

  • what are fish doing in it?

  • Quit poking it. I qould laugh if u poked it and u got stung by one

  • can someone tell me why the fishes are in the jellyfish?!?! :O

  • hey stop poking the JELLYFISH!!! poor thing

  • EAT IT!

  • L000L

  • stupid fish the jelly fish is just minding its own bisnes and you fishy guys just start fucking around with him o_0

  • parasites give me goose bumps - especially when the parasites are a school of fish in a swimming blob

    shudder

  • LEAVE THE JELLY AlOONNNEE!

  • Hell, I can only hope you die next time by a venomous jellyfish when you poke it like that..

  • dont like the poking :-(

  • its so cute!

  • What a BO-TARD.

  • STOP POKING THE THING jeez

  • Damn i hate jellyfish.. they are so ugly..and useless.. i would kill them all! :@

  • oooooo......scary!!! :~D

  • No... The fish is there because they are little and can stay inside the cap without getting shocked so this provides protection from bigger fish to them.

  • omg how big is that jelly fish dude

  • u can hear the radiation from the shocks

  • SHOCKS?!

the fish are hiding under the jellyfishes flaps :@ durr the fish are still alive

  • that's a big ass jelly fish

  • yeah that would be the best

  • Cool. Why're ya pokin' it with a stick?

  • dude there are they are in australia and actually have eyes unlike most jelly fish and dont rely on luck to catch food they actually hunt for food just like sharks and they are the most poisonous jellies in the world and they are 6 feet long and do eat people i forget what they are called though i read about them in onwe of my dad's national geographics this 1 time when i was really bored

  • nice...i heard a jelly fish thats the size of ur thumbnail and there really posienus they kill u

  • You might be thinking of the Portugese Man of War Jellyfish. I think that is what it's called. They are the longest and most deadliest jellyfish in the world I believe.

  • Im not so sure but i think the Box Jelly Fish from the shores of Austrailia are very dangerous too but whicch is most deadly from the two i dont know :)

  • thats what ya call refridgerated, mother nature style! cept without the..cold..bit.

  • colo

  • thats a fuckin big jellyfish!

  • beautiful

  • Actually they live in symbiosis with the jellyfish, being immune to the poison.

  • aw i thoguht it was digesting them you just ruined the hole movie for me i was all like wicked that must hurt like hell for da fishies :(

  • lol its bigger than the guys head

  • Awesome camerawork

  • I like the way the diver pokes it with a stick a few times. Classic scientific test - it never fails!

  • Is it a escifozoo?

  • isnt the fish gettin shocked....u know...like FINDING NEMO

  • The fish are chillin under the head of the jelly, which shouldnt have any stingers.
