  • It's a 15/8 mesure? A 6/8 plus a 9/8 anyone?

  • genius

  • that's the way to end a set a wouldn't even leave my seat to pee (•_-_|m/

  • Intensely good.

  • Nice one Jasper. I like your stage presence and shirt.

  • Deserves so many more views. Such amazing musicianship.

  • Hi Peeps,

That would be 15/8 divided as 8/8 and 7/8 or 4/4 and 7/8 rather with an upbeat on 4 and! Thanks for diggin it everyone...

  • Burning.

  • @markmcknightjazz indeed!

  • should be 6/8+9/8...so 15/8 as someone said yet..

  • should be 6/8+9/8...so 15/8 as someone said yet..

  • 150/1 time

  • This is the sequence after those 2 quavers. In brackets is note length (quavers) A capital means the note is above the previous, small below. E(3) E(2) f(2) F(1) g(1) d(1) c(2) D(3) C(1) D(1) d(2) D(2) eflat(2) D(1) g(1) thud(1) A(1) B(1) D(1) E(1). 30 “quavers”, hope that helps. I favour 4,2,4,5. That gives you a four bar riff and the first and 4th bar have almost identical rhythms. Lot’s of syncopated notes make it difficult to pin down. I like puzzles.

  • I'm pretty sure its 6/8 then 9/8

  • someone tell me wat time sig this is...im thinking...a 10 then 5..

  • Been impressed since first hearing their top jazz awarded album - now booked to see them nr Colchester in April. Looking forward to that.

  • woo!

  • cool!

  • Beautiful playing and composition Jasper! I love this!

  • It's a "Reflexion Filter", basically a curved foam pad around the mic which sucks out the room's acoustic. It makes the bass sound as tight as possible in an open room. Usually used on vocals in a studio, but put to good use here.

  • Dope Track !! What kind of SE transducer is That on Bass ?!

  • oh man whats that SE thing in the bass ??
