I am confused why the judge at 12:56 corrected the lifters thumbs on the bar in the squat. As far as I know, the thumbs do NOT need to be around the bar during the squat, they just need to be in contact with the bar
i HATE when the coaches fuking lift the lifter so he can walk down the stairs, it's fuking stupid, just because the lifter is light he let himelf being treat as a fuking ragdoll.
