Have watched this video so many times. Awesome performance! Charice's voice always ignites that unexplainable feeling of joy or sorrow or whatever emotions she puts up on the songs she sings. But what caught my attention in this performance with Neo is at 4:34 where she took an effort on taking another step backward (while singing) maybe a simple gesture of respect for NEO. As if anybody would care, but for her it's big deal. And that attitude makes Her Special.

@RZLNT Hmmm, you obviously don't have any idea as to how a concert of this calibre(or any simple concert) is organized beforehand. Charice didn't just butt in to 'show off'..The musical director has the final say with regards to the sequence or order of performers. The performers are in the command of the coach and directors. I suggest you should try to see some rehearsals of any musical programs, even a stage play. Then you'll think twice about your "showy" comment.
