That is an incredibly useful piece of machinery. I don't think it'll be so nightmarishly hard to get Congress to fund purchase of these aircraft for military use. The important part to that is they don't present a particular threat to any existing military aircraft since it's in a class of its own, at least as far as I know.

It's like buying a crane, fire engine, and rescue chopper.
