When a gunshot victim is brought into a hospital they often have merely a hole. No blood on shirt, just a hole. This doesn't happen often, but it happens.
Either way, you are grasping at straws. While I admire the need to question things, you really have no idea if it is real or not. Neither do I. But by the evidence, the film was not doctored, it was stopped and started again. And I would say the same thing if it was a Hamas militant shooting an Israeli...and thats where you and I differ.

Click on and off between 0:23 and 0:26. At about 0:25 there are a completely different frames inserted. If it was a flinch, the video would capture continuous yet fast-moving frames. There would be continuity from frame to frame when one viewed it frame by frame. The content of one frame would overlap or be close to the content of the previous and next.
But this jumps all around discontinously at about 0: 24 - 0:25. Definitely edited to give an illusion or to conceal.

It cuts away too quick at 0:25 to tell if he was shot or not. Then it looks like other footage was edited in. I don't think the guy was shot. The video wasn't continuous enough to tell. There was no reason to cut away at 0:25, except to conceal the fact that has was NOT shot, but give the illusion that he was. That seems to be the case with these videos. They always seem doctored in some way.

The cameraman was using a telephoto lens from at least 50 yards away. You can tell by looking at the video. He's too far away to flinch.
