@mudbogz71 you can use anything thats cloth material..i used some sports fabric...its stretchy and you can pull it really tight

how do you ensure tight screwing on the door?

the speakers have to play airtight in the door enclosure, the way you do it in the vid youll lose sooo much SPL and SQ. what about sound deadener? and why coax and not comps?

@moddingpc the doors are fastened by about 12 clips that hold it to the door(factory) These kicker 2 way mid and tweet combo are deisgned to not need an enclosure and they sound pretty damn good...sound deadner is on the way(using fatmax)...i have the whole inside of the truck to do...thanks for watching!!

you definitely will gain spl and sq by building an airtight enclosure for the KS650.

its much more work to do but its worth every second. you should also make new wholes for screws in your door. you dont want to have door rattling when the speakers start bumping.
