  • @Euphernonium can u send it to me at coolkidd903@yahoo.com

  • Can u send this to me. My email is coolkidd903@yahoo.com

  • Dat wuz pretty good you did to thing.....

  • I think an improvement would have been to have one of them to play that last note down an octave

  • Can you send me this? Robert.reed92@yahoo.com

  • yall can say the are amature, but fuckin give it up this is a nice fanfare

  • wow so much controversy on how to play. Im first chair at my college and For sousaphone playing the puffy cheeks gives more volume and that edgy sound that people hear. No puff gives a straight tone but is harder to hear on the field. It is both good and bad cause for concert playing you dont want the edge but for marching you must be audible. Though I dont puff so Im probably not heard on the field as well as others

  • @Keeploving15 I believe skill comes from flexibility... Mastering Both styles helps all aspects of playing

  • @stillawarrior72 I completely agree with you :)

  • justin tinberlake plays tuba??????

  • @partyboy14able puffy jaws=amature

  • @partyboy14able Um.. I used to think that using puffy jaws were a bad thing until I tried it out on sousaphone and it makes better articulation...

  • If you don't puff your cheeks the air is more centered rather than blowing the air uncontrollably.

  • Hahaha white dude was steerin that Tuba

  • @partyboy14able why not?

  • @stillawarrior72 because if you dont puff your cheeks your tone significantly approves.

  • @shebadfatty123

It's hard though to not puff your cheeks and play tuba. My band's 1st chair tuba puffs his cheeks and he's only around 100 pounds lol

  • @videomane360 everyone i know that plays tuba doesnt puff their cheeks and they're really good. i play trumpet, and i was messing around on my friends tuba and i didnt puff my cheeks. it's completely possible.

  • @shebadfatty123

lol I play trumpet. 1st chair.

  • @videomane360 i'm first chair. and i got into the high school division of interlochen center for the arts.

  • @stillawarrior72 ummm i still puff my cheacks n it works out on low notes for me

  • Can I have the music sheet to dis?

  • Firme !!!sick votos….……

  • dude yea that rocks and i would know 7th gade tuba player right here u sound awsome dudes

  • beautiful....

  • woww dude this song kicks ass do u have the sheet music for it?? if yes can u email me it?

  • Respect...

That was amazing, I definitely need to keep practicing, I wanna get to y'all level

  • i sat here tryin to find someone else who can play this better.... couldnt do it- yall niggas fye

  • 0:00

    Is that a flute?

  • Comment removed

  • it isnt a tuba, its a sousaphone, i would know i have a Cb tuba, and i played a sousaphone a bunch

  • @android16B "it isnt a tuba, its a sousaphone"

So then a sousaphone is on it's own? Like a mellophone is to a french horn?

  • @ivan1127 i was just playing the tuba at the time, and i was inconsiderate :(

  • @android16B Just making sure you knew, because everyone seems to think that and it ticks me off.

  • @ivan1127

    It's okay.

  • Yeah this is simple enough to teach yourself...

  • Thats BAD ASS!!! i love it

  • if you need sheet music for this, you aint s*it, smh sorry but real instrumentalist can learn this by ear

  • @Swoop704 actually real instrumentalist know how to read music anybody can play by ear

  • @Contralto04 Actually, that's not true. Anybody can learn to read music. Playing by ear takes a different level of talent. That being said, no, just anybody can't learn how to play by ear. Many have tried and failed.

  • @Contralto04 i mean if you dont have a ear for what your instrument sounds like then you can never attain a full concept and ability of your horn.

  • that 2nd gives me a hard on....

  • @Euphernonium if you would..that would be awsome...tubachamp49@yahoo.com

  • Thumbs up for using black electrical tape to fix anything =D

  • Comment removed

  • @Bigyomann the one thing it won't fix is broken bits. My bro had to play through a season with a broken set of bits, it was terrible

  • muito bom

    mui bueno

  • Euphernonium, can you email me the music at tuckerfoolio@yahoo.com please? I'd love to learn this piece, thank you :)

  • if anyone needs sheets to this one I have it down note for note....minus the beginning because i felt it got repetitive, its half as long

  • @Euphernonium i would love to have these sheets if you will, lotabass@yahoo.com

  • @Euphernonium I would also like the sheet music for this please, iman1331@live.com

  • should be pretty easy to learn. you can clearly see all the fingerings.

  • cheeks arent really that big of a deal

yeah u may sound better with them in

but its not gunna make u the best if u do

i blast with my cheeks out

  • @TheBearEntertainment its not good technique to play with your cheeks puffed sure everyone does it now in then but not a good habit to get in

  • haha your guys' cheeks look ridiculous!

  • id smash yall lol

  • nice

  • Cheeks, other wise not bad.

  • beast i think we should learn this low brass

  • @MrOrbitover i play low woodwind-bari sax=D

  • learning by ear has nothing to do with how good you play, i have a hard time figuring out the notes of a full song by ear and im first chair in the county went to all state and march dci

  • I love how just about every fanfare video has an argument about Tuba vs. Sousaphone. haha. Besides we all know real men play Contra ;) Spirit 2010 Baby!

  • so says "sax"masta...

  • pinches putos son una verga en forma de clavo para tocar la pinche tuba

  • you missed some notes an a accidental but really good if you were a fresh meat or 2nd year tuba. an let it be known SOUTHERN TUBAS BLAST AN CONTROL if you dont like it tough

  • @TexasBoyTSR fuck texas and fuck you

  • you miss three notes an have an accident in there too you did good if your a fresh meat or 2nd but over all it sounded similar to the blast from southern players let it be known SOUTHERN TUBAS BLAST AN CONTROL if you dont like it tough!!!

  • Man that was awsome... sound good to

  • i have the sheet music for this. pm me if you want it.

  • hello from grenoble -france

may you post me the sheet music

    thank you

    pierre paul

  • the tubas in my band gave it a try but they arent as good i pay french horn lol im tryin to find the first part to this

  • out of tune but it doesnt matter because all sousaphones are never tuned so great as the concert tubas. overall its good, sound like 8 tubas were playing.

and these sousaphone should be more like blasting tubas, hahaha

  • True sousaphones dont usally get tuned to me i dont think ppl care if a sousa blast cuz its a marching tuba n ppl like it loud concert tubas on the other hand ppl like good sound

  • guys nice but i have heard the maker play it an you not that quite there yet. its a nice try though you guys are from where again. hows about a friendly battle with some vets that know some things and can play without puffin checks lol. ok then you can find me in the DALLAS TX SITE OAK CLIFF PEACE

  • I never finished writing this out...but this is definitely the best tuba fanfare I have ever heard.

  • omg white can blow wish they could do that at my school then it would sound like 6 tubas instead of one

  • lol im white and i can blast/spank/boom the notes with ease haha

  • blasting sounds like shit you shouldnt do it

  • actually, its good to use it...sparingly...like dont overdo it, if is controlled you should be able to get a good sound

    :)

  • not blasting blasting has no tone playing loud with good tone is one thing blasting just sounds like shit its only good in tuba fan fares to make it sound cool its an effect not a playing style

  • lmao dude youve never heard me my section leader or a kid who graduated last year were all amazing and could tear this solo up

  • Comment removed

  • sick as hell! I love it. you guys are great :)

  • i love it i want it on my ipod!!! i play trumpet, euphonium, and tuba and i want to play that awesome song!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I can't find a video anywhere, of PVAM playing it.

  • i just learned to play pvam and i can play it just a good as them if not better. and im 14 in the 10th grade.. practice people!!!

  • How are you 14, and in the TENTH grade! I'm turning 16 in the tenth grade!

  • my birthday is in september 9/24/94

  • Mine is too. haha. I met a guy today who's thirteen and in the tenth grade. What a bunch of crap.

  • No, that's a load of DOOK. His name is Josh. He's in my zoology class.

  • i personally think if you're not good enough to learn it by ear, then you can't be good enough to play it.

  • @geekbeeterupper Yea I learn alot of stuff by ear off this

  • @geekbeeterupper that is SO not true. sounds all wise and stuff, but not true.

  • @geekbeeterupper thats arrogant and close minded... wow some people dont have aural perception at all. thats why its a college course to teach people how to do it you nimrod....

  • these are not tuba's..... they are called sousaphones...

  • its still a tuba

  • @lillee13 you're a tuba

  • @dtmasta45 yes i like to become one with my horn

  • u wouldnt understand

  • I play tuba my self so dont you think i do?.... sousaphones are made for march. normal tuba's are made for classic concerts

  • people dont like writting out sousaphone all the time

  • C'mon! Now. You know just as well as us, that it's a tuba, no matter what. It's just shaped differently. You just wanna make people think you're smart, when in reality, you're making yourself look like a fool, as well as making a mockery of tuba players, everywhere.

  • can i get this fanfare for my tuba section to play at football games

  • look around the internet and you cna find it. The poster of the videos will almost never give out sheet music though. I got mine from finale.

  • i like diz......i really like diz

  • so I wrote a little more than half. But I no longer have Sibelius, as I reebooted my PC.

  • thats pretty good. i like the rips in the solo... check my videos out

  • By far the best fanfare i've heard you rock that bass

  • has anyone coverd this yet??

  • yea man i like it bra da solo iz a beast im just startin an i wanna kno how 2 play dat bitch 4real lol

  • just a bit out of tune in the beginning, but that can easily be adjusted by pushin in or pullin out, props though. Good Job!!

  • Thie is amazing!...Noogit and Schylar our tuba players play this and it is freaking awsome!

  • lol. I had a feeling you'd be braggin; about us soon. hehe. Thanks.

  • No prob.lol.But now it's going to be you, and Michael, not Schylar.I just hope he can do it.

  • white boi killin dat shyt

  • dude i wish i could that high Bb as easy as u did... lol good job, keep it up =)

  • my god my boy is bad jesus

  • i usually hate tuba/sousaphone, but this was really good!

  • that was awesome man

  • your the only person ive heard that can do a gliss that good. and i hate your guts because you do it better than me

  • i got the background music just send the solo plz

  • was a thumb down necessary?

no stop bein little pricks i appricate this song and just wanted the solo jesus chirst

i fuckin givin them their crdit and you pricks are being retarded

  • SO F IN GREAT I WANT THE MUSIC

  • umm im not trying to be all teachery on you but

youre not supposed to puff your cheeks

  • how long have you been playing <.<... and do you play tuba? (same for a few Lower Instruments) ya.. I thought the same thing too for awhile but I asked around and you'll find a lot of lower octave instruments end up having to puff your cheeks while playing...(I only do it on my Bari for Low A)

  • Let me restate that I'm sorry, I only do that when Blasting (which you shouldn't do anyways for the most part and anyone is free to correct me otherwise It's just I see a lot of even Professional players puffing their cheeks on the lower octave Instruments.

  • It doesnt matter, they probably play better than you.

  • Don't worry about the contradictions. Professionals puff their cheeks, sure, but they're professional. They can do what they please. And you never HAVE to puff your cheeks. People just don't have the patience to learn to hit low notes without puffing.

  • Could anyone post a website that has the music sheet for this fanfare.

  • Guys if you I am going to be translating this to tuba part, IE listen to the notes and watching their fingers to see what notes, I will post back when I have it made or PM me if you would like it

  • wish i knew the notes so i could play it

that is bad ass i play tuba but im not as good as that

  • I love this man!

    That solo..Imma learn this one.

  • Word up fellas.... That was pretty dope.

  • i need that sheet music where can i get it???

  • you guys are pretty cool... but you will produce a clearer and even louder sound if you tighten up those corners and don't puff your checks. great job!

  • man true musicianship by the soloist, I believe one of you guys go to UAPB???

  • No... we are both welll we WERE in highschool when we did this clip... Im going to FAMU (One on left) my bro(on the right playing solo) is still undecided...

  • oh thats cool, well where ever he goes they'll be lucky to have him, and FAMU is a good choice too

  • were can get the notes

  • ok ok dats wats up

  • that shit is dope!!!

  • were can i get the sheet music for this?

  • Great job guys I don't know what KCP is going to do without you guys, but I was wondering why you guys use 1&3 for F instead of open?

  • Well wit that conn it comes out a lot fatter... they r old horns n sum alts sound better
