@ImSuperHuman6 That`s cause in 2 & 3 he was so angry about Norman`s death he subconsciously began acting like Norman . In 2 , he did this by being a corporate dick like his old man . In 3 , he did this by becoming New Goblin and tryin` to kill Spidey/Pete . It`s only towards the end Harry realizes what a monster Norman truly was , steps out of his father`s shadow and does the one thing Norman could never do : the right thing .
