@hunterman8881 I think its one of the best things ever. Some people dont like it. It's really mushy, so thats why you gotta really cook the hell out of it, so its crispy on the outside and "tender" on the inside.

Im gonna have to have the butcher make me some beef scrap..i dont eat pork. TIP!!!you can put the strips of cheese in before you put it in the pan to cook...with about a tb spoon of milk for each pice of cheese.... i like fluffy eggs so i add a tone of milk. PS the babies are cute cute cute!!!!

Dude, most sausages are the crappy bits of meat from animals (unless you get the good sausages). I'm guessing 'scrapple' is really poor quality meat a level below even that and i'd not be giving it to my family to be honest. Go buy some good quality meat and make sure you pan is hot before you put the meat on it to seal in the flavour. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and away you go. Good for the kids and a damn site tastier than 'Scraple'.

@ScubaSteveIsThaShizz the day after the baby was born, chloe and I were getting ready to go see her at the hospital. chloe was trying on my shoes and fell, hitting her nose there on the hot water baseboard heater. it was bleeding terribly and there was a big hole. so I had to rush her to the ER and they glued it shut. It's not healing very well as she continues to pick at it and play rough with her sister!
