  • @bomberfun1 funny, but no. drugs are a quick fix yes but later in the race exasterbate any depression or especially anxiety. i overcame my anxiety that i have had all my life in fifth grade and in ninth grade after doing drugs several times began to quickly get all that anxiety back and more. it gets so bad, i almost kill myself every time i have an attack. its the only way i know i can get it to stop now, which is why im online seeing if i can find any help at all.

  • I dont think so do you have anxiety or panic attacks its so easy for people who dont have them to say that it is so easy to control but they do not know or have a clue how hard it is. So maybe they should start studying by making themselves have anxiety then try to show people who really have how to control it.

  • linden method cured me of chronic anxiety attacks which occurred over the last 6-7 years. i'm not trying to sell it, pirate it for all i care, but it is the only method that explains how to overcome anxiety for good.

  • yes, it is not easy. at one point in my life i was very calm because of smoking marijuana all the time. i smoked all day everyday, i was doing window cleaning and didnt have to deal with people all the time i was 21 yo, i was just doing my job, thinking, dreaming. i was calm to that point that i became lazy, i was just dreaming and everything was coming easy for me. then i entered anxious period

  • Please check out my channel. I used to suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, ocd and agarophobia. I no longer suffer or go through any of it. I have my testimony on how I overcame it all in "my uploads" section on my channel. Please see it...you can be saved from it with no meds, no paying for any "techinique" or paying for anything. It's not a sales strategy...it's my true story. Love you all.

  • ok. I really didn´t like how they convey this advise. You need to become mindful in your present. When you allow yourself and mind and body in this position. Your audience will pay greater attention too what you´ve trying to communicate.

    what you need to do is unfocus your eyes. to do this, practice talking with your hands beside your face and try and focus on your hands. if you can do this, you can stop an anxiety attack immediately. it really works. or if you can make your vision blurr that works too

    If your nervious and have a presentation in front of a small or large group of people none of this "Breathe in and out" actually works.

    The best thing to do is just feel SUPER confident like it's nothing. That's the best way i try to control my nervousness. Look at the audience and picture them as a funny character.
